This is the second time that I have been here in two weeks and had to wait both times for over a hour today when I came in they told me that it shouldn't be to long only had two ahead of me they come in a hour later and tell me that appointments come first I understand that but there was nobody in the waiting room when I came in I told them if my little girl wasn't so sick I would walk out of here!!!!!!!!! This clinic is always wonderful. The staff are understanding and kind and they're always very sweet to my animals. I would not take my animals anywhere else even if this clinic wasn't as crazy affordable as it is. 10/10. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Read Less

The doctors there are very nice. They was very nice with the animals. We had both our puppies put to sleep. They was very kind, was there to explain everything to us as to what they were doing in the procedure. What we was to expect. Both our puppies went peacefully. The best kept pet care clinic secret. I love the no frills, pay for what you want instead of the pressure and guilt trip other clinics put on to buy health packages. Vets and staff are so very nice. You can see they love animals. Low Cost Spay Clinic is extremely reasonable for quality care; much less expensive than other clinics where I have taken my pets. Sometimes you have to wait a bit. Because they are a walk-in clinic and take appointments, you may not get in to see the vet immediately, but the clients always strike up a conversation about their and your pet. Took my dogs in for their rabies shot and today my dog dies 4 days after having that shot , he was perfectly fine until that day, running around playing. Now he's gone I'm NEVER going to this place again. Read Less

The vet isn't terrible. What's terrible is the front desk staff. The woman that works the check in is ALWAYS extremely rude. Always has a bad attitude. Always acts like it's a chore to do her job, but that's alright, I know I and the rest of my family will take our pets someplace they can show some sort of compassion. Read Less

I have been taking my pets here for years and they used to be a good place to go. They have gone way down hill in the last few years though. I took my dog and cat out there on the Dec 30th, only to see a sign on the door that they are closed from Dec 24-Jan 2. So I go back the following weekend, the website says the doctor is there until 11:30 and they are open until noon. I get there about 10:45 and the door says they are open until 11:30 and there is a sign that says the doctor isn't taking any more patients today. Are you kidding me? I've now drove out there twice and waisted time and gas. This place is ridiculous now! If the doctor quits taking patients so early, maybe actually put that on the website instead. There was only one family waiting too, so it wasn't like they had a ton of people before me. They have lost my pets as patients after this. This place is going down hill fast. Too bad since it's one of the few affordable vets around. Read Less

Its okay. I always feel like I am bothering them when I call. For Example, I called last week to have my vaccine record faxed over so I could board my dogs. The front desk person responded with "yeah, I guess I can do that." She sounded very put out that I asked her to do work. We just moved over to the East Side so we are going to keep looking for other places. I miss my old vet, Sullivan's in Johnston. They were incredible there. Read Less

Terrible service. After waiting more than an hour to be seen, I was finally able to get into an exam room with my dogs, which are two Chihuahuas. My youngest, who has never exhibited any aggressive behavior at home or at the numerous other facilities/doggy daycares, nipped the vet tech while the vet was clipping his nails. This was after he was put through getting blood drawn, receiving all of his yearly vaccines and then having his ears cleaned and swabbed for cultures. Needless to say, his patience was over. However, I wasn't allowed to hold my dog as requested during the nail trim which resulted in him nipping the tech. I know my dog and I know when his patience is over. For a wound comparable to a papercut, I was not allowed to leave the facility and was told that they "had" to call animal control. After waiting for another hour and a half animal control arrived and said it was not a big deal and sent us on our way. During the period of waiting for animal control, I was treated with zero empathy. I understand my dog nipped someone but the staff basically told me that my dog would need to be taken away due to this issue. I was devastated. While my face was swollen from crying, I approached the receptionist so that I could at least pay my bill during the wait. I was ignored while another customer who was at the desk after me was taken before me. The receptionist told me word for word "its not my fault your dog bit someone". Thanks. Way to kick someone while they have tears in their eyes and are visibly distraught. I will never put my dogs through the stress of visiting this dirty, unclean clinic, with blood on the waiting room floor again and will definitely never put myself through this stress again either. I suggest you look past their low prices and find a better quality vet. Read Less

I have tried several places to take my dogs for routine shots and for other vet. needs. I have been going to this clinic for 3+ years now. I have had the BEST CARE for my dogs. EVERYONE has been absolutely WONDERFUL!! I have seen how they are with other clients and their animals and everyone was professional, caring and were amazing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE THAT IS NEEDING ROUTINE CARE FOR THEIR ANIMALS OR NEEDING TO BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED. Their SERVICES are INCREDIBLY AFFORDABLE and the doctors are great about explaining everything and answering questions!! Read Less

I love being able to take care of my 4 pup pups here because its just $35 for the office visit, then the cost of there meds if they need some! But jeez louise, $130 for flea meds an pills, I feel like they get better treatment then I do!! Wow!!!The clerks are quick and thorough!  That makes it nice!!I was able to purchase a pet odor candle- smells like a bunch of oranges! No more wet pup smell! Yee ha!!They usually have physicians available till 430 and they are open on saturdays too.Closed sunday an Mondays tho!They will even give your pet a treat when finished.They are also selling treats by the pound!! I love the fact that they don't charge a ridiculous office visit fee just for having an appointment like most vets do. Their walk in policy is awesome as well as their reasonable prices! The staff is friendly and they get things done pretty quickly. I have gone to them for the past 2 years and will continue to do so as long as I live in the area :) Read Less
