We have been coming to this vet for over 5 years and they are so professional and nice to our pet! They don't sell you things you don't need and honestly want the best for your pets. The Doctors and staff are caring and compassionate! Deb takes excellent care grooming Pepper! He knows which kennel he is supposed to go to if Deb isn't there when I drop him off. She found a growth which we probably wouldn't have discovered for a while. Thankfully it wasn't cancer. Thanks for going the extra mile. This is the best vet clinic in town. The doctors are very thorough and compassionate. The staff are very helpful and compassionate and treat your pet as you would--with lots of hugs! Anytime I've left a message they get back to you within an hour or two. When one of my dogs had an emergency they got me in immediately and performed the proper tests to diagnose the issue. They won't gouge you with extra tests for no reason. The doctors always follow up by phone to make sure your pet is doing ok. They even have a boarding service - and while I hate leaving my doggies, I know they are well cared for while they are there. The service from beginning to end is wonderful and I wouldn't trust my dogs anywhere else! Read Less

This is the very last time that my dogs be boarded,groomed here.I did not have any bad experience on this place before,but last week after we returned from our vacation and seen my dog in a very very bad condition,I was very upset.this is the worst place I ever seen.I was very mad paying for you guys and not doing your job.Thes are the problems .one of my dog was limping so bad,unable to get up the stares and in pain and they did the worst grooming,the lady told me that the dog is been in the kennel for a week and not able to move that is why she is limping and why you still grooming her and not able to finish it and you still charging me for it for the worst job that you did and you know that my dog was already in pain why you still washed her and you told me that I need to hold my dog for 45 min so you can finish the grooming and you still want me to pay additional charge for it.Are you guys always wants to charge your costumer for not finishing your job and even though that the costumer was very mad on how you do the care.This is the worst place.My other dog had bad lesion on his face,it happen twice already every time we have him boarded here.What kind of people are you?I love my dogs a lot.I hope that you have conscience and I believe in KARMA.AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST PLACE!!!!!!!Read Less

Could get a lighter door to building ( hard when pet in one hand and trying to open door with one... but does not take away how Conveniently blocks from my house it is... , friendly staff, super fast... I have not met a better doctor for my family members. My dogs are just like my kids! So, when my baby got so sick I was in tears, I was so very glad to find doctor Wistrom (James) at Mac Rae. I had taken him to another vet in town and went home with a very sick day anyway. When I called Mac Rae and spoke to a tech I made an appointment. About 5 minutes later I got a call from the doctor (I had not even asked for him to call). He just called wanting to know how my little was doing and gave me some idea's to help him until morning. He told me to call if he got worse during the night. We arrived at 8:30 AM and by 9AM my baby was in surgery and the problem figured out. He explained everything in detail, gave us options, he even explained the cheaper way to handle everything and still make sure that our dog was well taken care of.
