They've taken excellent care of my kitties the last few years and were so supportive when we lost 3. I'm so sad that we have to find a new vet but congrats on retiring.

Very unprofessional service. We went in to X-ray our dog who is pregnant to determine puppy count and make sure puppies were not to big to be birthed naturally. The vet hardly spoke to us and recept...
Very unprofessional service. We went in to X-ray our dog who is pregnant to determine puppy count and make sure puppies were not to big to be birthed naturally. The vet hardly spoke to us and receptionist not very friendly. Quality of the X-ray was also very poor so we now need to go elsewhere to have it redone to get a better puppy count or go without. Would not recommend this clinic.

The absolute most caring facility I have experienced in my lifetime. I highly recommend them! Each member of the staff treats your animal in a loving, respectful manner. Very affordable!

Rude, Dismissive and Pushy. I recently had a newly adopted puppy that I took in for a wellness assessment, I arrived early (as instructed) and completed my paperwork. Hours listed as 8am-5:30pm Monday...
Rude, Dismissive and Pushy. I recently had a newly adopted puppy that I took in for a wellness assessment, I arrived early (as instructed) and completed my paperwork. Hours listed as 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, the Veterinarian didn't arrive at the clinic until 9:30am. My appointment was at 9:15am. As I was waiting, one of the Techs began pushing vaccinations and other tests even though it was communicated that this was just a post adoption wellness visit to check the puppy over. When the Vet finally arrived the techs mumbled something in regards to my direction. The vet took us back and I placed the puppy on the table. The Vet (with a less then gentle approach) waved his hand in front of the dogs face, the puppy knipped at his hand and shook with fear, then said "oh he should have never been adopted out, he's a biter. you need to take him back." No other parts of the exam were done, no advice was given and it seems the Vet was clearly only interested in his misplaced coffee cup.

We brought our 2 elderly cats in to be put to sleep. It was such an emotional time but the staff was so compassionate to us our cats. A few days later we received a handwritten sympathy card from them...
We brought our 2 elderly cats in to be put to sleep. It was such an emotional time but the staff was so compassionate to us our cats. A few days later we received a handwritten sympathy card from them in the mail with our cats paw prints. It was so sweet and touching. I really appreciated it.
