Been taking my dogs and my family’s dogs here for at least 15 years. And up until the last time our family dog was boarded this was a solid five star clinic and boarding house. The clinic not only mixed up labs for our dog (telling us her labs were all clear), but then neglected to inform us that she was sick while she was boarded (because she didn’t get treatment from the false lab report). We only found out when we took her in for diarrhea and vomiting. The office manager refused to even give a simple apology for their negligence and potentially endangering our dog’s life. Certainly won’t be trusting a person like that with the health and safety of a furry member of my family again. Read Less

Village Vet fit our cat Vivi in on a full Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and compassionate and provided great care. Since we were a last-minute appointment, I expected it to be a little rushed, but that wasn't the case at all. Village Vet was my family's vet growing up, and now I take my Frenchie, Eddard, there too. He gets so excited when he hears we're going to see his friends at the vet, and he loves greeting everyone and giving them lots of kisses. The doctors and staff are always knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. Recently took my dog to get updated vaccines. From the receptionist to the vet, the service was rude and VERY unprofessional. They did not read the info I brought with me regarding the last vaccines. When I asked to phone my previous vet, they questioned that vet's credentials and practice, insinuating the previous vet was incompetent. I could not believe how incompetent they were!
