New vet and staff are very bad with my dog. They wouldn't let me hold him while he got shots and his ears looked at. The tech in a choke hold so bad his eyes were turning red. Dr. Burk and his staff were some of the most caring animal lovers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were so enthusiastic to meet my ferret, Jill, and because of their care not only did she get to come home to continue her life pain free, but her siblings got their sister back. Dr. Burk performed a surgery other vets told me they couldn't do, and he did it at a price that proved to me his main concern is for the animal and not profit. I drove from Ankeny to see him and will do so again if my babies ever need his care. Thank you so much Knoxville Veterinary Clinic!! Read Less
