Provides the lowest standard of care around whilst hiding behind a people pleasing persona and abusive manors behind closed doors. I'm sure people have heard the staff getting screamed at on more than one occasion. If you want quantity over quality and lack of effort except for the occasional staff member who cares enough to push for more of an effort, this is the place for you. Not enough people wonder what is sacrificed and by who to offer a cheaper bill to you.

My family and I had been going to Ross for years then I had two awful experiences in the span of a couple months. 1) I took my cat in for bladder problems and it seemed like they didn’t really do much and weren’t sure what was going on, the information I got was vary confusing and unsorted. Then I got hit with a $600 bill for procedures I was never asked about or told about. I had to put my seemingly healthy life long friend down. 2)After a while and I had gotten another animal I scheduled to have her declawed. I was told they could make an appointment 2 weeks out, then when I called to see what time to bring her in apparently they never scheduled the appointment, I was quoted incorrectly THREE times for the same procedure. They didn’t do what Was requested for on the same THREE phone calls I was misquoted on. I called to see what happened and got told that I never even made the appointment and the person who answered the phone was vary condescending. I gave up out of pure frustration and anger. I will be going to other vets from now on, and advise against them from my personal experiences.

My Boston Terrier Henry became very sick. Dr. Ross truly made the effort to figure out what was wrong with him and figured out he has Addison's disease. Not an easy diagnosis, from what I've read. ...
My Boston Terrier Henry became very sick. Dr. Ross truly made the effort to figure out what was wrong with him and figured out he has Addison's disease. Not an easy diagnosis, from what I've read. I feel like the vet I used in the past would have defaulted to putting him down instead of making any effort - from experience. Dr. Ross is difference.
Dr. Ross is truly the best vet ever. She clearly cares about Henry and so does her staff. I can't thank her enough. I tell friends about her and how she calls me to check on him and they can't believe it. One has already changed to her, as a result. Much respect and love to Dr. Ross.

I have known and used since she was an intern. She has always always been there for me. She has went out of her way, overboard, woke up in the middle of the night and never refused to do what was absolutely best for my pets. I would never hesitate to call her or bring an animal into her. She has done some very difficult surgeries for me and I'm not sure another vet could have got them figured out. She loves what she does, she loves pets of all kind, and would do anything for anybody.

I love everyone at Ross Veterinary Clinic! They care about our pets like they were their own. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is. They even called a few days after we took our kitty home from surgery to see how he was doing, and called again a few days later to make sure he was still doing well. And they are very affordable.

My family and I have been going to Ross Veterinary Clinic for over ten years and I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. After interning at the clinic for a summer my appreciation of Dr. Ross and her staff's skill has never been greater. I've never met a group of people as hardworking or dedicated and nearly ever client that comes in the clinic can't help but sing Dr. Ross's praises. There is no place I am more comfortable taking my pets and l recommend Dr. Ross to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Been taking our pets there for the last 17 years or so (dogs, hamsters and i am sure my hedgehogs will need a visit at some point as well). I have always felt welcomed when I walk in the door. Upon entering, you are 'greeted' by a cat or two and, of course, dogs that are behind the counter. Dr Ross has always maintained a professional demeanor, she knows what she is doing, and takes great care of 'her' animals. I want my vet to care for my animals the same way I would care for them....and Dr Ross does that. She 'talks' to them to ease their fears, gives rubs/kisses and the treats don't hurt either. Four years ago we had to say goodbye to our dog. She was in too much pain to put in the car, so Dr Ross made a house call...cried with me as well. The staff run a very well organized office as well. My food and medicine are always in stock for me. Her pricing is very fair as she is not a vet who is out to take advantage of clients. I ALWAYS recommend Dr Ross when I hear of someone looking for a vet.---deb

Dr Ross is very caring and has taken in and placed dogs that have been abandoned. She has taken care of both of my Shibas and is overall just awesome. I highly recommend her.

I have been taking my dog to Dr Ross for 10 years, and she is amazing. She and the entire staff treat me us like family. My family has also gone to her for years and years. She is caring and compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure that your pet is well taken care of every time you are in for an appointment or boarding. I travel for business, having someone like Dr Ross and her staff take care of my dog while I'm on the road gives me the kind of peace of mind you just can't get any place else. Thank you for all you do, Dr Ross!!

Ross' veterinary clinic did a great job fixing my male rottweiler / lab! We took him on a car ride once he was mostly healed and he had lost footing and fell in the back of the suv, his "sack" became very swollen and red. We called Ross' and they got him in asap, and told us what to do! Now he is a healthy pain in the rear! :)

I'm sure people have heard the staff getting screamed at on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Dr Ross and the staff at the clinic. They go above and beyond to make me and my dogs feel like family. I never hesitate to call with questions or problems as they are always more than happy to help. I recommend all my friends and family to go their because of the time and care we receive. I have gone other places in the past and will only use Ross Vet Clinic for as long as I own pets! Thank you for being awesome and taking good care of us!!

Been taking our pets there for the last 17 years or so (dogs, hamsters and i am sure my hedgehogs will need a visit at some point as well). I have always felt welcomed when I walk in the door. Upon entering, you are 'greeted' by a cat or two and, of course, dogs that are behind the counter. Dr Ross has always maintained a professional demeanor, she knows what she is doing, and takes great care of 'her' animals. I want my vet to care for my animals the same way I would care for them....and Dr Ross does that. She 'talks' to them to ease their fears, gives rubs/kisses and the treats don't hurt either. Four years ago we had to say goodbye to our dog. She was in too much pain to put in the car, so Dr Ross made a house call...cried with me as well. The staff run a very well organized office as well. My food and medicine are always in stock for me. Her pricing is very fair as she is not a vet who is out to take advantage of clients. I ALWAYS recommend Dr Ross when I hear of someone looking for a vet.---deb

We love Dr Ross. We started with her 4 years ago. We switched from a Cedar Rapids vet that was more than double her costs. The atmosphere is very comforting and laid back. Dr Ross is very caring and has taken in and placed dogs that have been abandoned. She has taken care of both of my Shibas and is overall just awesome. I highly recommend her.

I have been taking my dog to Dr Ross for 10 years, and she is amazing. She and the entire staff treat me us like family. My family has also gone to her for years and years. She is caring and compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure that your pet is well taken care of every time you are in for an appointment or boarding. I travel for business, having someone like Dr Ross and her staff take care of my dog while I'm on the road gives me the kind of peace of mind you just can't get any place else. Thank you for all you do, Dr Ross!!

Ross' veterinary clinic did a great job fixing my male rottweiler / lab! We took him on a car ride once he was mostly healed and he had lost footing and fell in the back of the suv, his "sack" became very swollen and red. We called Ross' and they got him in asap, and told us what to do! Now he is a healthy pain in the rear! :)
