Dr. De Wolfe & staff are always very nice to my little Westie, Lily. She is getting skin problems & the skin. He's very kind & treats his his patients & their humans with kindness and compassion. UPDATE: We had to put Lily down because of rapidly deteriorating health problems on 4-13-18. Very sad.Dr. De Wolfe & his assistants were so compassionate & caring. Not only to Lily's final needs, but to my husband. I had to stay home. Literally sick with grief. They gave us a plaster heart cut out with an impression of Lily's foot & her name hand stamped on it. The staff truly loves animals and it shows. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had to put our Lab down in 2015, which Parkview assisted with. The staff explained everything that would happen and did not rush us to leave afterwards, even though it was the end of the day and they had to close. They offered hugs and words of encouragement afterwards. They even provided a ceramic paw print for us in remembrance. Found the staff and Dr to be genuinely concerned for the welfare of our 4 month old " Cookie". Have been to other vet's in the past, who were much less concerned about the welfare of our pets, and more concerned about the amount they could charge. Never go here!! My experience was awful. The secretary at the front seem to be very nice and concerned for my dog, however the veterinarian couldn’t even introduce him self or take time out to love on my puppy. He ran tests and didn’t tell me what for and He had no idea what was going on with him because he didn’t ask. I tried to talk to the Vet. But he wanted to get out the door as fast as he came in. Then decided to give me 3 medicine and I had no idea what they were for and how often to give it. So when I did ask the secretary who then had to tell me what they were for and how to give it. My dog had bad diarrhea and you would of thought they would’ve talk to me how to slowly introduce food back into his diet, but I had to call a different vet in order to get an accurate feeding plan so his stools would harden up. All they did was give me medicine to fix the problem. Never go here no matter how nice they seem on the phone or how many good reviews they got. Read Less

Dr. DeWolfe was very compassionate and knowledgeable with my kitty Abbie. Abbie had a heavy cold and didn't want to eat or drink anything for over a week. She didn't want to move around just sleep. I took her to Dr. Dewolfe and he prescribed an antibiotic and drops for her eyes. That evening she was drinking, eating and sitting in our laps wanting our full attention again. Yesterday we made a last minute call to this animal clinic as our 14 yr old pit Mix was not doing well at all. They told us they had time, to go ahead and bring him in and get checked out and at this time we had made the decision it was in the best interest of our drakey boy to be put to rest, and the Dr reassured it was the best choice for him. He was so compassionate! They are not our normal Vet as we are not from here. The fact that they got him in and seen him and helped out with last minutes notice means the world to us! The way he talked to our fur baby as he's going to sleep telling him he was going to be ok was the best feeling in the world! He wasn't just doing his job he was there to be supportive of our fur baby as well. This was the first time my husband and I faced a difficult decision like this and he by far made it much easier on us. It was the hardest goodbye. I just want to say I truly appreciate everything you guys done for us even though he wasn't a regular patient of yours. You truly are an amazing vet and you do make a difference with your sincerity and your compassion you gave and we thank you for that!Read Less

They are awesome people. I had to put down my beloved 12 year old Toy Rat Terrier and they were so sweet and nice and reassured us they we had done all we could for her at that point. A few weeks letter I received a small package from them. They had made a mold of her paw print and sent it to us. Dr. DeWolf is also very available any time I have questions, dumb or otherwise, and never makes me feel like I am a bother. Plus he is great at what he does and very patient.
