I cant say enough good things about this hospital! Today was my first experience with my dog Mia and as someone who has worked in the Veterinary field for over 15 years this was the most polite,professional clinic i have been in! My dog is a rescue and is terrified of being away from me and both the doctors and technicians were very kind and patient with her. Both doctors took the time to talk with me about a plan for her care on a Saturday when everyone is usually rushing to get off for the weekend.i will definitely recommend this clinic and will be back!

We love this place! We have taken our pup to many overnight boarding facilities, and he loves going here.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. They will take care of any special needs your pet may have.
We also use them for grooming, and they are very flexible.
Top notch 10/10 great facility and staff.

I was very hesitant about taking my little guy to doggie daycare. I loved that they had cameras so I could watch him all day. However the cameras freeze for long periods of time and then when i picked up up he had cuts and wounds all over his body. I understand that dogs like to play but there was no reason that there were that many. Also when the cameras were working my dog had started playing rough with another dog and i seen the lady grab him by the caller and rip him away. She then continued to hold him by his collar for 15 minutes. I probably wont be back. But just make sure you watch the camera!!!

Couldn't be happier with level of care given to my cat Jojo. I came to them in a frenzy, and I left very calm and confident. I spent almost 3 hours with them, and I can't say enough about how professional, patient, and courteous they were all throughout.
JOJO STATUS: It's one day later, and Jojo is doing great, and I'm more than confident I'll be back whenever she needs a checkup or treatment.
What these guys do is not easy. I have the utmost respect for them and definitely recommend them. A million thanks.

My dog came back with Kennel Cough, even though they required a vaccination. They claimed it could be done when I brought her in, but my vet later told me that it does not take effect immediately. I...
My dog came back with Kennel Cough, even though they required a vaccination. They claimed it could be done when I brought her in, but my vet later told me that it does not take effect immediately. I could have taken her to my own vet for the vac, had they properly informed me. I am now out more than $100 (not including the boarding cost), plus she came back without one of her toys and smelled terrible.

We were going to bring out two dogs to Urban Pet Hospital BUT they do not allow pick up on Sunday, we are coming back on Sunday and want our dogs, I think the reason is it is extra money in their poc...

We LOVE the Vet so much at Urban Pet Resort. We owe the life of my three girls from Heidi Red Desert Lady to our Vet. He took great care of of their Momma and even went way beyond the care he HAD to just to make sure she and I both were ok when Heidi had her puppies. I can tell you from personal experience, there is no greater care to be found than our Vet here will give your pet. I could go into great detail but I will just state he is absolutely the BEST! If you have any questions about WHY he is the best, just ask me! He is so kind and caring. You can tell he genuinely cares. He is the BEST!

I cant say enough good things about this hospital! Today was my first experience with my dog Mia and as someone who has worked in the Veterinary field for over 15 years this was the most polite,professional clinic i have been in! My dog is a rescue and is terrified of being away from me and both the doctors and technicians were very kind and patient with her. We love this place! We have taken our pup to many overnight boarding facilities, and he loves going here.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. They will take care of any special needs your pet may have.

I was very hesitant about taking my little guy to doggie daycare. I loved that they had cameras so I could watch him all day. However the cameras freeze for long periods of time and then when i picked up up he had cuts and wounds all over his body. Couldn't be happier with level of care given to my cat Jojo. I came to them in a frenzy, and I left very calm and confident. I spent almost 3 hours with them, and I can't say enough about how professional, patient, and courteous they were all throughout.
