Seriously, this place is the best! They really do have the best prices. I love that it's walk-in only, and they have extended hours. I can just drop in whenever it works for me. If it's really busy, I can come back another time, or I can wait. Even during the times when it's been very busy and I decided to wait, I didn't wait more than 45 minutes or so. They always remember me and my dogs. When my dog was sick, they took really great care of him and when it was time to let him go they were very understanding and compassionate. I'm not sure why there any any bad reviews, I have used this Vet for years and never had a bad experience. If I could give them ten stars, I would. Even though Dr Schnoor is gone, the new vets are wonderful as is the staff. We first met Dr. Liz the day we had to have DD put to sleep. She was so kind and caring. Last week, we had to do the same to CC. Again, super caring. Then they sent us a sympathy card signed by all the staff. this past year as I've gone through treatment for breast cancer, they have always checked with my husband to see how I was doing. I love Value Vet. I took my 6 month old Cockapoo in for a checkup and shots. I love not having to make an appointment. We were seen very fast, the staff is all very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their work. The vet was great. She answered all of my questions, did not rush me at all and was very informative. The price compared to vets that require an appointment was the same as far as I could tell. This place is genius in their business model! We will be customers for life. Excellent place to take your pets for care. Dr Jay got my puppy in for a neuter same day on a walk-in and also helped to remove a spring that was stuck in my poor boy's mouth. They did an excellent job and they didn't put me in the poorhouse. Highly recommended! Read Less

We absolutely love Value Vet. They have been so kind to us our with our dog and straightforward with their recommendations. Knowing their prices are reasonable makes it a lot easier to lean towards just taking your dog in when you are worried instead of hoping it gets better. We unfortunately had to put our sweet dog to sleep recently but they were so great with us through the process and after. The card they sent us was such a wonderful touch. Dr. Schnoor and his staff are very caring. I had been taking our dog Ginger to him for years. He tried all sorts of things to make sure we could get rid of he separation anxiety and fears of storms. We tried medication and other options and eventually found a solution.  I really miss being able to go back since I moved out of town...The best part is that you really feel like you're getting the most for your money.
