By far the best veterinarian I've ever been to. Personable staff who treat your animals as their own. They have done surgery for my cat on Christmas morning and have been there for the hardest end of life decisions. Would trust them with my animals health any day.

We have now seen all of their vets and had great experiences every time. I’m glad we found such a caring vet clinic so close to home.

We started going there because they were much cheaper than any vet in Iowa City for a teeth cleaning for a dog. Our dog later had to be put down and Jessica Klein and the whole staff was so understanding and thoughtful we really appreciated it. We continue you to take our new puppy there and have been really happy with care received. Definitely recommend and worth the drive from Iowa City.

We had a great experience with Dr. Klein and our aging blue healer. She was efficient but took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. Her bedside manner was both frank and empathetic—exactly what we needed making some hard decisions about our dog’s health. We’ll definitely bring our pets to her again.

This clinic is fantastic! They have VERY reasonable pricing and great care for your pet. My 5 month old puppy broke his toe and Dr. Klein did a great job getting me in on a very busy Saturday morning....
This clinic is fantastic! They have VERY reasonable pricing and great care for your pet. My 5 month old puppy broke his toe and Dr. Klein did a great job getting me in on a very busy Saturday morning. Took xrays and spoke to an orthopedic surgeon on the phone to determine the best care for my boy. I've already recommended them to my coworkers who live in cedar rapids and they say with the more reasonable prices they were going to travel to the West Branch Animal Clinic from now on!

I take all of my pets there. The staff are very polite and helpful. The vets are amazing. They will answer all of your questions. They spend as much time as it takes with you and your pet. I have called them with an emergency and he almost beat me to the clinic. They love my pets as much as I do and it shows. Thank you for all that you do!!😎

Not a huge fan when I called to get information on my new puppy. I talked to carol. She told me basically there was nothing she could do for me regarding fleas with a 6 week old puppy. Also told me that's why you don't get a puppy so early in a snotty voice. I would recommend West liberty's vet with Dr. Larson! He helped me out!

We started going there because they were much cheaper than any vet in Iowa City for a teeth cleaning for a dog. Our dog later had to be put down and Jessica Klein and the whole staff was so understanding and thoughtful we really appreciated it. We continue you to take our new puppy there and have been really happy with care received. Definitely recommend and worth the drive from Iowa City.

We had a great experience with Dr. Klein and our aging blue healer. She was efficient but took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. Her bedside manner was both frank and empathetic—exactly what we needed making some hard decisions about our dog’s health. We’ll definitely bring our pets to her again.

My 5 month old puppy broke his toe and Dr. Klein did a great job getting me in on a very busy Saturday morning.
