We brought our 13 yr old Norwich Terrier to Grand Avenue Veterinary clinic to have a small growth on his neck checked. It was our first visit and the staff was helpful and efficient. Dr Robinson recognized the concern we had and gave us good advice. We later brought our dog in to have his teeth cleaned and the cyst on his neck removed. All went well and recovery was unremarkable. I have very much enjoyed our experience here with our first puppy (now 3 months old). The staff is friendly and very helpful. The vet is knowledgeable and great at answering all my new-puppy-mommy questions. My fur-baby, Gryffindor, is always excited to see the staff when he comes in. We have been taking our dogs to Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years. Dr. Robinson, Dr. Wauhob and the entire staff have always been great. Our Papillion Sugar was in significant crisis about six years ago but due to their caring and professional diagnosis, she is still with us today. Sad news. Keiththecat has a limp and its malignant. Debated options. Because of the location and his age, decided against invasive action. Seems as if ot shoots cancer cells into blood stream. I was absolutely amazed at the service that was provided to me this morning when I took my baby girl, Bryleigh in. After my original veterinary clinic provided zero help with getting my little girl in for an emergency appointment- I called Grand Ave. Veterinary Hospital and they were more than helpful! Not only did they get us in- they made a very worried momma feel ten times better! They treated Bryleigh like she was a part of their family and treated me- a worried momma- with the utmost respect and gentle understanding! I was highly suggest anyone to take their pets to this facility! It's a very warm, home-like feel and the service is just wonderful! I moved here over a year ago and had to establish a new veterinary clinic for my dog and cat. I had a great vet across the street from my home in Milwaukee. I took my shih tzu here for a yearly exam and vaccinations a few months ago. Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital was great - the office staff are friendly and helpful. The vet we saw was good with Sullivan and I. Today I had to use their services for an unpleasant thing. I had to say goodbye to my feline friend, Simba, of over sixteen years. The manner in which they handled everything from making the appointment and act itself was very professional and caring. I can't thank them enough. They're not the least expensive. There's little to no parking. These things do not matter.RIP Simba kitty. Read Less

Dr. Robinson & her staff are amazing people. They genuinely care about each animal that walks in their door. My mom has been a long time customer & just recently her little chihuahua Hershey died from heart failure.
