My family has been going to see Dr Sue for almost 30 years - I keep going back because of the compassionate and loving care I know my babies are shown. They’ve help me send many across the rainbow bridge and helped many extend their lives when I thought there was no hope. Dr Wahob was a great addition to the staff along with Jen and the countless vet techs through this time. Let’s be real - vet care is costly no matter where you go. We brought our 13 yr old Norwich Terrier to Grand Avenue Veterinary clinic to have a small growth on his neck checked. It was our first visit and the staff was helpful and efficient. Dr Robinson recognized the concern we had and gave us good advice. We later brought our dog in to have his teeth cleaned and the cyst on his neck removed. All went well and recovery was unremarkable. We will definitely return when we need veterinary care for our pet(s).

They have a very high level of services; you get the consultation as soon as you need. Dr. Robinson is very experienced, she gives a lot of valuable advices during the visit.

I recently started taking my dog to Grand Ave Vet. The service has been wonderful! My dog has an autoimmune disease. Dr. Robinson, Renee and Jen have been very helpful. I received a follow-up email regarding refiling medication immediately after an appointment. Jen took the time to help me find the best price on my dog's medicine. I wish I would have found out about the clinic sooner.

I have very much enjoyed our experience here with our first puppy (now 3 months old). The staff is friendly and very helpful. The vet is knowledgeable and great at answering all my new-puppy-mommy questions. My fur-baby, Gryffindor, is always excited to see the staff when he comes in. They play and he loves the attention and of course the treats. :) I'm looking forward to coming here for a long long time with my Gryff baby. Definitely recommend this vet. Cheers!

We have been taking our dogs to Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years. Dr. Robinson, Dr. Wauhob and the entire staff have always been great. Our Papillion Sugar was in significant crisis about six years ago but due to their caring and professional diagnosis, she is still with us today. They always make us feel that our pet is their pet and that is reflected in the care that our dogs receive.

I was absolutely amazed at the service that was provided to me this morning when I took my baby girl, Bryleigh in. After my original veterinary clinic provided zero help with getting my little girl in for an emergency appointment- I called Grand Ave. Veterinary Hospital and they were more than helpful! Not only did they get us in- they made a very worried momma feel ten times better! They treated Bryleigh like she was a part of their family and treated me- a worried momma- with the utmost respect and gentle understanding! I was highly suggest anyone to take their pets to this facility! It's a very warm, home-like feel and the service is just wonderful! By the end of the appointment-- I ditched my other veterinary clinic and was a new patient with these lovely people! Thank you so much for taking such great care of Bryleigh!!

I moved here over a year ago and had to establish a new veterinary clinic for my dog and cat. I had a great vet across the street from my home in Milwaukee. I took my shih tzu here for a yearly exam and vaccinations a few months ago. Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital was great - the office staff are friendly and helpful. The vet we saw was good with Sullivan and I. Today I had to use their services for an unpleasant thing. I had to say goodbye to my feline friend, Simba, of over sixteen years. The manner in which they handled everything from making the appointment and act itself was very professional and caring. I can't thank them enough. They're not the least expensive. There's little to no parking. These things do not matter.RIP Simba kitty.

I dont think i would take my dog there again.i paid for office visit and fine neefle asperate and then was told it was spme type of tumor but they didnt know what type. Isnt that what the asperate was...

We have been taking our dogs to Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years. Dr. Robinson, Dr. Wauhob and the entire staff have always been great. Our Papillion Sugar was in significant crisis about six years ago but due to their caring and professional diagnosis, she is still with us today. They always make us feel that our pet is their pet and that is reflected in the care that our dogs receive.

I've been bringing my cats here since 2010, and it is an amazing practice. All of the staff genuinely cares about the animals, and never try to push services that aren't really necessary for the health of my cats. Prices are very reasonable too.

Sad news. Keiththecat has a limp and its malignant. Debated options. Because of the location and his age, decided against invasive action. Seems as if ot shoots cancer cells into blood stream. It's contained for now. I will just spoil him for as long as I have him. He's been a wonderful funny laid back buddy to all who know him.

I first walked in the door of Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital in 1974. Dr. Robinson and staff have provided excellent care to my pets over the years. They are all highly recommended!! It is amazing just to sit in the lobby and watch that team work together to meet the needs of those who walk in the door or call on the phone. They really do care about our pets (and us!).

I was absolutely amazed at the service that was provided to me this morning when I took my baby girl, Bryleigh in. After my original veterinary clinic provided zero help with getting my little girl in for an emergency appointment- I called Grand Ave. Veterinary Hospital and they were more than helpful! Not only did they get us in- they made a very worried momma feel ten times better! They treated Bryleigh like she was a part of their family and treated me- a worried momma- with the utmost respect and gentle understanding! I was highly suggest anyone to take their pets to this facility! It's a very warm, home-like feel and the service is just wonderful! By the end of the appointment-- I ditched my other veterinary clinic and was a new patient with these lovely people! Thank you so much for taking such great care of Bryleigh!!

I moved here over a year ago and had to establish a new veterinary clinic for my dog and cat. I had a great vet across the street from my home in Milwaukee. I took my shih tzu here for a yearly exam and vaccinations a few months ago. Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital was great - the office staff are friendly and helpful. The vet we saw was good with Sullivan and I. Today I had to use their services for an unpleasant thing. I had to say goodbye to my feline friend, Simba, of over sixteen years. The manner in which they handled everything from making the appointment and act itself was very professional and caring. I can't thank them enough. They're not the least expensive. There's little to no parking. These things do not matter.RIP Simba kitty.

My mom has been a long time customer & just recently her little chihuahua Hershey died from heart failure. Dr. Robinson was alway there from my mom & Hershey whether my mom just had a question about Hershey's breathing or if her medication needed to be changed. We are forever grateful their kindness & selflessness.
