I have gone to Dr Cederberg for years. I actually interviewed him when he opened his practice before bringing my dogs to their clinic. I have total respect and trust in his clinic,ability and staff. I have a medical background and the clinic takes the time to answer my questions and offer alternative treatments. I have heard people say the clinic is expensive but if you research you will find he costs are comparable to other clinics in Wichita area. Read Less

They are scam artists, our 9 month old German Shepherd puppy broke her leg horsing around, they told us that the $3000 bill would cover ALL THE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND ALL THE FOLLOW UP CARE NEEDED. Well guess what? It only covers having the staples took out and one, not all like they told us, but one session of PT. Since we could not come up with the 3K in 2 days they said they would put her down. They wanted me to get a title loan on my truck to pay the bill. After arguing about it for three hours, they agreed to releasing her for $100. When we scraped up the money they tried to deny the payment and go back on their word. After they lied about that they called me a lier. I know how it is running a business because I run one so I fully understand what they are saying. But they took my card, ssn, DL, proof of address and a bunch of other things. If that is not enough to prove to them that I will pay then what is? But I'm the lier, really? Read Less

Dropped off my son's 4mos old German Shepherd at the resort this morning and received a call at 4pm saying she had a scratch on her stomach and had to go to the vet clinic. Went to pick her up and she needs stitches for a hole in her chest. No explanations, just a magical hole. They asked us to leave her for the stitches...NO! Well I've never taken a pet here, but today I saw a box turtle in the middle of the road and it had been hit. Took her to one vet on central and was told they couldn't call anyone or help her. So I went to countryside and they were right there ready to help this little turtle. She had a cracked shell and was bleeding from her face. The exotic vet wasn't in, and they said they may have to euthanize her. Which knowing how long turtles can take to die I would rather her not suffer. I did ask to do what they could to save her though. The exotic vet came in on her day off, looked her over, and decided to take her home and try to save her. Thank you guys for actually taking the time out of your lives to help an innocent wild animal. It says a great deal about a clinic like this to do something like that. Read Less

The vet and his vet assistant were easily the nicest people I have met in a clinical setting. They explained everything in detail and did not try to oversell anything to me.
