Prices are insane compared to other vets in the area, but Dr. Jon and the rest of the staff care more about the animals than the money. So glad the harmon's retired!

This vet is ONLY for profit..their main concern is for your money not for your animal..please beware..in their office they picked yeast out of my dogs ear and said it was infected..then run a test..ch...
This vet is ONLY for profit..their main concern is for your money not for your animal..please beware..in their office they picked yeast out of my dogs ear and said it was infected..then run a test..charged me $40 for the test for an infection they already knew he had..plus run another on his urine and then wanted another on his urine that was $300!!! But the kicker was they said that may not give us all the answers! All this for a bladder infection mind you!!!! All of this plus the office visit!!!!

I enjoyed the staff but my dog was at the boarding kennel for three days and didn't go out at all! He peed for three minutes straight and he hadn't eaten much either because he was absolutely starving...
I enjoyed the staff but my dog was at the boarding kennel for three days and didn't go out at all! He peed for three minutes straight and he hadn't eaten much either because he was absolutely starving when we got home. The vet clinic did great with medical related things but the boarding wasn't such a good experience

My family has taken their animals here since I was a small child. Now in my thirties with a fur baby of my own I can't bring myself to trust anyone else. Cost is relevant to the market. I will say, this past spring my baby got an awful case of "hotspots" (which I have never heard of before). The staff jumped through hoops to ensure he would make a great recovery with out any infection. I was kinda freaking out and a HUGE thank you to Dr. Jon. What a stand up guy. Yes, they make money, but I can assure anyone that is not the reason they report to work everyday. They really care.

Dr. Aluise is kind, thorough, a great listener and truly compassionate towards his clients and their pets. He is very knowledgeable in medicine and informative to make sure your pet is well-cared for. This isn't your average pushy, arrogant doctor that throws medical terminology as a weapon against you. You can tell if your vet shows pride in their work or is just going through the motions and "processing" your pet. For a reasonable price, rest be assured that your family pets will be genuinely and professionally well-cared for.

My wife and I have been taking our pets to Andover Veterinary Clinic for about five years and have received exceptional service. They earned a place in our heart and our loyalty in how they have helped our German Shorthair Pointer Lucky. They diagnosed her with lymphoma and kindly laid out all the options for us. We were not rushed but genuinely treated with care and compassion. My wife and I have not been blessed with children and we found her wounded shortly after getting married. She is our four legged child :) Hearing the news was devastating but they have helped so much. As long as I have pets they will be our vets. Thank you Dr. Jon and Dr. Cathy!

My grooming serves have been IMPECCABLE! Even though I work on the clinic side I had gone to other groomers thinking it was less expensive, and hey, it's just a bath and a few snips right? Ahhhh, no. Our kennel ended up being cheaper than other larger groomers, (I still pay full price for grooms) and they were not up to par with the quality I received. I have loved, loved, loved every groom service I have ever had! Thank you Dovie for making my babies beautiful and everyone at the kennel for taking care of my babies!

My relationship with Andover Veterinary Clinic spans over 15 years. The entire staff truly cares about their patients; the pets and their people. They have always been there when I have needed them, whether it was a phone call or a last minute office visit. Years ago, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, it became necessary to euthanize a greyhound I had rescued. When we arrived at the clinic, the staff had spread a blanket on the lawn behind the clinic and Dr. Gary came outside to give her the injections. Dr. Cathy has always been very open and honest with me about my pet's health and what outcome I should expect. You couldn't find better veterinarians anywhere!

Our kennel ended up being cheaper than other larger groomers, (I still pay full price for grooms) and they were not up to par with the quality I received. I have loved, loved, loved every groom service I have ever had! Thank you Dovie for making my babies beautiful and everyone at the kennel for taking care of my babies!

Dr. Jon, Claire and the staff have been wonderful in helping take care of my ol' dog Lucky. You can tell they have genuine concern. I trust them with my little four legged friends' health.

This family run business is very friendly and has been around since the 70s. We boarded our dog there for years, knowing they were taking very good care of her.

My relationship with Andover Veterinary Clinic spans over 15 years. The entire staff truly cares about their patients; the pets and their people. They have always been there when I have needed them, whether it was a phone call or a last minute office visit. Years ago, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, it became necessary to euthanize a greyhound I had rescued. When we arrived at the clinic, the staff had spread a blanket on the lawn behind the clinic and Dr. Gary came outside to give her the injections. Dr. Cathy has always been very open and honest with me about my pet's health and what outcome I should expect. You couldn't find better veterinarians anywhere!
