I've known Dr. Tucker for many years and have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. King and the newer staff members! As for their care of my animals they have been amazing! They even cried with me when I had to put down a beloved cat this last year due to him being hit by a car. You can't get more personal than that I think! They always give all our other fur babies the absolute best love and care when we come in! Can't say enough great things about these ladies!

Thank you very much for the exceptional service you all provided to my dog, Kc on Saturday. I was in Carbondale visiting my sister and kc had been sick for weeks, we had taken him to our vet several times back home and they just didn’t have an answer for me as to what was wrong with him. They had put him on several prescriptions and he didn’t seem to be getting better. I honestly don’t know where he’d be today if you hadn’t seen him on Saturday! He was treated by Dr. Tuck...er and I couldn’t have ask for a more considerate dr! The Tec who handled Kc was Kathy and she did an amazing job! A huge thank you to all the staff who stepped in to help! You all are so kind and compassionate! Dr. Tucker examined him and knew right away what was wrong with Kc. I will forever be thankful for her knowledge! Kc is back home and doing well. I know time is limited with him. (17 years old) thanks for giving me a bounus couple of months with him. I wish I lived closer to make you my permanent vet! I’m so very lucky you took the time out of your very busy schedule to see my baby! God bless y’all. Debra King and Wendy and the rest of the group of workers at Carbondale Pet Clinic have always been so good with my 3 dogs. You know they really care about animals. I was recently in to get my dog spayed and they kept her overnight and made sure she was doing well and called me after surgery to let me know how she was etc. They are willing to help me financially in matching prices with online pet sites for medicines as well as other help. I appreciate the way they take care of my dogs. I will continue to use them even when I move and have a vet closer--I truly appreciate Carbondale Pet Clinic.

I took a dog in about 1.5 weeks ago and I have tried to find his owners to no avail. I am having trouble keeping him because he continues to try to escape and runs off, he is not afraid of the highway at all... scary! I have 2 small dogs that he gets along with but I fear they will follow him and I will all of them.
I called the humane society in Topeka and they said they couldn't take him because I do not live in their county...really?!!? so she said to call some locals vets, and I have, this being one of them. I was informed that they could take him but it would cost me $200.00, WHAT?! I am supposed to pay 200$ for doing the right thing and trying to find this boys home, and not just let him run wild and get run over by a car... no thanks. I was shocked. I can't imagine charging someone that amount of money for helping an animal in need. I will never darken their door step you can bet your bottom dollar on that. RIDICULOUS!

We boarded our three dogs there for a week. One of our dogs wasn't behaving normally so they examined him and found he had numerous bladder stones and was getting quite sick because of them. They call...
We boarded our three dogs there for a week. One of our dogs wasn't behaving normally so they examined him and found he had numerous bladder stones and was getting quite sick because of them. They called us and thoroughly explained his condition and the options we had. They performed surgery to correct his condition and, due to complications, they've had to perform two more. They volunteered to donate the last surgery. It's been touch and go and, while he's still not entirely out of the woods, he's doing much better and we're hopeful we'll be able to bring him home in a couple of days.
The staff has been very considerate and accommodating. They have even arranged to meet us after hours so we could visit our sick companion. They have gone way beyond what a lot of veterinarians, in our experience, would have. They certainly detected a life threatening condition and thus far have saved our pet's life. We're very grateful to them for their efforts and kind compassion and would recommend to anyone to entrust them with the care of their pets.

I have two dogs, Rocky and Otis, that have been treated at this vet clinic for their standard vaccinations, neutering, and heartworm prevention.It is simple to schedule appointments with them and their hours extend to 6:00pm on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
