Dr. Lassman is a very nice, knowledgeable vet. My Bishon and I have been going to her about 12 years now. Her hours are a little quirky, but I have never had a problem reaching her. It's been 3 years now since I went into this clinic. I was new in town and looking for a new vet. I go into the office and no one was in there. I waited a few moments and the vet came out. She tells me that she is not accepting new profiles so I left and never returned. Felt she was very rude and no help with referring another local vet. Read Less

Dr. Bonnie is great. Always one to take time for our cats, treats husband and I great. The boys may not like getting in the car but Dr. Bonnie is such a professional the boys don't know what's happened, shots, getting fixed, check-ups. Just wonderful. Read Less

Walked in to get my chocolate labs nails trimmed. There was nobody in there. I waited at front desk finally this lady comes out and I ask if I can get my dogs nails trimmed, she said"are you a customer here"? I said no, so she walked away. I thought maybe she was the receptionist and was going back to get the vet, so I waited, she cones back out, gets in a cupboard and tells us to follow her. She never once talked to me or my dog. She asked my information (name address etc) wrote down on that paper. Tells me she will have to cut her nails on the floor because she's too big to put on table. Well I knew that, nobody's ever even tried to put her on a table. She tells my dog to lay down, because she don't want to get bit. I tell her my dog is very gentle and will not bite.she says " well I don't know her" so she cuts first nail short, as I was telling her that my dog can't have too much off because her nail beds are long, but she isn't listening to a word I say, I give her another chance, my dog yelped and we literally ran out of there. She had no personality. My dog is a senior and very loving, is used to getting her nails trimmed every month, but my dog didn't trust her either.we left with her nail bleeding all over. I wasn't going to sit there and let her cut every single nail short, and make her cry. I would never recommend this place.Read Less
