Dr. Beth and her staff were fabulous!! ❤️ Sammie’s entire demeanor was very different than when we went to the old veterinarian. 😊 Old vet clinic: she was shaking before we even arrived, tail between her legs, she hid between my legs and needed a muzzle. 😔 Dr. Beth’s clinic: entire vibe was positive from the minute I pulled into the parking lot! Warm, home like environment, staff comes out from behind the desk to greet Sammie, not once did Sammie tuck her tail between her legs or try to hid or snip at anyone out of fear. I was so proud of my baby girl! Dr. Beth got down on Sammie’s level and was able to look in Sammie’s ears, in her mouth and feel all over her body without any issues at all! My first vet said I had to put my cat, Chloe, down. I felt like I needed a second opinion. I was referred to Natural Pet Care by a happy customer. Dr. Beth said I absolutely did NOT have to put her down. She came up with a treatment program that made sense to me. Chloe's problems began eight months ago when I had her spayed. She kept licking the wound, causing hair loss, open sores and scar tissue under the skin. The first vet's solution was to give her amoxicillin mixed with steroids. Chloe would leave the area alone during the medication period. The wounds would heal and the hair would nearly grow back. At the end of the medication round, the whole process began again. Finally, the vet decided to open her up and find out if there were any foreign bodies or cancer cells present. She found extensive scar tissue and pockets of pus. Both were analyzed at the lab and came back negative for cancer. We had already ruled out a food allergy. I changed from Science Diet to Blue, to no avail. Four weeks after the surgery, an egg-shaped mass began to grow. I think the first vet ran out of options, which led her to the conclusion that Chloe would have to be put down. Natural Pet Care staff are professional, gentle and loving. The calm atmosphere has a positive, direct effect on Chloe. The laser treatments are administered every 3 or 4 days and I have noticed after four treatments that the affected area is more red which means more blood is at the surface working on healing the wounds left by the previous surgery. I change Chloe's dressing and apply Dr. Beth's wound balm once a day. I am encouraged with the progress. Read Less

Dr Beth and everyone at NPCC go above and beyond. Our dog had gone to multiple vets for his first 4 years and he still had the same issues every year. I took him to see Dr Beth and every single issue went away. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions or concerns.
