Old vet clinic: she was shaking before we even arrived, tail between her legs, she hid between my legs and needed a muzzle. 😔
Dr. Beth’s clinic: entire vibe was positive from the minute I pulled into the parking lot! Warm, home like environment, staff comes out from behind the desk to greet Sammie, not once did Sammie tuck her tail between her legs or try to hid or snip at anyone out of fear. I was so proud of my baby girl! Dr. Beth got down on Sammie’s level and was able to look in Sammie’s ears, in her mouth and feel all over her body without any issues at all! Dr. Beth didn’t once make me feel rushed and listened to every single one of my concerns. I can’t sing enough praises about Dr. Beth and her staff!! ❤️

My first vet said I had to put my cat, Chloe, down. I felt like I needed a second opinion. I was referred to Natural Pet Care by a happy customer. Dr. Beth said I absolutely did NOT have to put her down. She came up with a treatment program that made sense to me.
Chloe's problems began eight months ago when I had her spayed. She kept licking the wound, causing hair loss, open sores and scar tissue under the skin.
The first vet's solution was to give her amoxicillin mixed with steroids. Chloe would leave the area alone during the medication period. The wounds would heal and the hair would nearly grow back. At the end of the medication round, the whole process began again. Finally, the vet decided to open her up and find out if there were any foreign bodies or cancer cells present. She found extensive scar tissue and pockets of pus. Both were analyzed at the lab and came back negative for cancer.
We had already ruled out a food allergy. I changed from Science Diet to Blue, to no avail. Four weeks after the surgery, an egg-shaped mass began to grow. I think the first vet ran out of options, which led her to the conclusion that Chloe would have to be put down.
Natural Pet Care staff are professional, gentle and loving. The calm atmosphere has a positive, direct effect on Chloe.
The laser treatments are administered every 3 or 4 days and I have noticed after four treatments that the affected area is more red which means more blood is at the surface working on healing the wounds left by the previous surgery. I change Chloe's dressing and apply Dr. Beth's wound balm once a day. I am encouraged with the progress.

I have been to about 5 different vets in my moving around and with various pets. I like that natural pet care has a more holistic approach and a wonderfully helpful staff, but I have had some negative experiences as well. I took my cat in at Christmas time and he picked up fleas and brought them home. It took 4 months of treatment for 2 animals and a call to pest control where pets had to be removed from home for a period of time to remedy the situation because of the proc...ess. I was understanding and gracious because these things happen. Recently, I brought in a urine sample from my pet for testing. Not only was I charged for the lab test, but also an exam/ consultation fee to tell me what the test said and what they recommend. $90 later? No one has said anything about affordability, but I choose not to continue services here, for that reason...and in the past when I asked about a payment plan or option, they were reluctant.. I am just frustrated. I had my own urine tested at my Dr. the other day...I didn't pay an office visit fee for that.. I am making an effort to be a responsible pet owner for my family, my pets, but, this was over the top for me. If you love your pet and have unlimited funds to care for them, this is the perfect place. See More

I can't praise Dr. Beth and her staff enough. My cat had been at another office for over two days and they were talking to us about possibly needing send her to a facility with 24 hour care and getting a feeding tube inserted because she was still refusing food and water. I came to Natural Pet Care Center (an hour's drive) and two days later with the great advice of Dr. Beth and treatments our cat is home, her appetite is returning and she is on the mend.

Dr. Beth and her staff are amazing. When our vet was too busy to really find out why our Great Pyr wasn't eating, we'd already wasted too much time and money with them. Dr. Beth was recommended. Although it was too late to save our Bear dog, Dr. Beth stayed up there with him at night and did all she could do. I just wished we'd have gone there sooner. It's worth the drive to El Dorado. She takes her time and does EVERYTHING possible to help with our dogs. Never will I go anywhere else.

Dr. Beth saved our one year old Border Collie mix. Our dog was having seizures and had up to 30 a day before she had to be sedated. Dr. Beth gave me hope every time I spoke to her regarding our week long ordeal. I really didn't think our dog was going to make it, but thanks to the Natural pet care centers excellent care and Dr. Beth's knowledge our dog Delilah is healthy and continuing to give us joy with her zeal for life. She has been seizure free since January 1st. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and very caring. I am very impressed with Dr. Beth and her compassion for the health of animals. She spent a lot of time speaking with me and she's determined to continue learning, which is so refreshing in the medical profession! If you are frustrated with traditional medicine not providing answers, go here for your pets. I drove from Wichita and am so thankful I did. Oh, and I didn't have to hide the fact that I feed a species appropriate, raw diet to my cats and dogs. She was in complete support of it and had great insight. This is a true gem in Kansas.Thank you again!

It took 4 months of treatment for 2 animals and a call to pest control where pets had to be removed from home for a period of time to remedy the situation because of the proc...ess. I was understanding and gracious because these things happen. Recently, I brought in a urine sample from my pet for testing. Not only was I charged for the lab test, but also an exam/ consultation fee to tell me what the test said and what they recommend. $90 later? No one has said anything about affordability, but I choose not to continue services here, for that reason...and in the past when I asked about a payment plan or option, they were reluctant.. I am just frustrated. I had my own urine tested at my Dr. the other day...I didn't pay an office visit fee for that.. I am making an effort to be a responsible pet owner for my family, my pets, but, this was over the top for me. I can't praise Dr. Beth and her staff enough. My cat had been at another office for over two days and they were talking to us about possibly needing send her to a facility with 24 hour care and getting a feeding tube inserted because she was still refusing food and water. I came to Natural Pet Care Center (an hour's drive) and two days later with the great advice of Dr. Beth and treatments our cat is home, her appetite is returning and she is on the mend.

Dr. Beth and her staff are amazing. When our vet was too busy to really find out why our Great Pyr wasn't eating, we'd already wasted too much time and money with them. Dr. Beth was recommended. Although it was too late to save our Bear dog, Dr. Beth stayed up there with him at night and did all she could do. I just wished we'd have gone there sooner. It's worth the drive to El Dorado. She takes her time and does EVERYTHING possible to help with our dogs. Never will I go anywhere else.

Dr. Beth saved our one year old Border Collie mix. Our dog was having seizures and had up to 30 a day before she had to be sedated. Dr. Beth gave me hope every time I spoke to her regarding our week long ordeal. I really didn't think our dog was going to make it, but thanks to the Natural pet care centers excellent care and Dr. Beth's knowledge our dog Delilah is healthy and continuing to give us joy with her zeal for life. She has been seizure free since January 1st. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and very caring. Thank you Dr. Beth and your staff for all you have done for us!

I am very impressed with Dr. Beth and her compassion for the health of animals. She spent a lot of time speaking with me and she's determined to continue learning, which is so refreshing in the medical profession! If you are frustrated with traditional medicine not providing answers, go here for your pets. I drove from Wichita and am so thankful I did. Oh, and I didn't have to hide the fact that I feed a species appropriate, raw diet to my cats and dogs. She was in complete support of it and had great insight. This is a true gem in Kansas.Thank you again!
