While Jake has gotten older and doesn't get around well they continue to give him greatest care ever. Today because of Arthritis and not feeling good Dr Snyder and Vet tech Jess came out to my car and did the exam on him there. They were there for 30 to 45 minutes.

I literally cannot thank these people enough. I had gotten the call late in the afternoon that my dog could not be boarded because he needed some vaccinations. He was supposed to be boarded the NEXT DAY. I had called around everywhere. Luckily these amazing people got me in literally an hour after I had called. They are the best people ever and had no problem staying a little later to help me out with my problem.

My daughter took our dog Bane here this morning. I was at work trying to pay our outstanding bill and new one so we could get care for our dog. He had an infection in his paw and needed an antibiotic....
My daughter took our dog Bane here this morning. I was at work trying to pay our outstanding bill and new one so we could get care for our dog. He had an infection in his paw and needed an antibiotic. She was talking to me on the phone and the people up front and in back were making snide comments about us and how we expected to get medicine without paying our outstanding bill! I wasn’t trying to get something for nothing, I was trying to pay and get my dog the care he needed as quickly as possible. Maybe you should worry more about caring for our family members rather than making fun of an 18yr old who loves her dog and wants him to get better! Never going here again!!

It was my first time giving this Animal Hospital a try.. Best one yet there are always 3+ ladies at the front desk helping, taking calls and scheduling you for the next appointment and best part yet is, the first visit is free and it's also very clean and there isn't a line. We took "Spot" our 8-10 week tiny pup in and he got his first shots and stool sample. (Contacted me back within 1-2 day about the results) It was quick and easy process and at $42 for the puppy shots and the stool sample (free puppy sample kibble, how to take care of puppy guides, goodie bag etc..) I'd say it's a good deal. Well be coming back soon!!

The vets and staff all care about both the well loved pet and the person. They clearly explain what may be going on and will give you any options for treatment that may be available. They don't run unnecessary tests. From my experience, they are equally good with dogs and cats. Great place with positive caring people!
