I’ve taken both dogs there. Once for an evaluation on my 11 year old pup. The vet pushed for more and more expensive tests despite telling her my wishes. There is such a thing as a conservative approach and to not be pressured to go another costly route. The grooming experience has been horrible. Each time they charge an extra $12 de-matting fee which is ridiculous; never been charged that anywhere else I’ve taken my pup. And then a $36 charge for dewormer?! I question whether she was given any water during the 8 hour day today while as theee, as she drank an unusual amount of water the minute we got home. Absurd! Clearly the focus is on profit and not care of the animals. We will not be back. Read Less

I have been a loyal customer taking my dog there for over ten years. Their prices are high, but I remained loyal. Today, however, I am leaving Falcon Valley Animal Hospital for good. Despite my continued loyalty through the years, they REFUSED to be accommodating to me today, even knowing my extenuating circumstances, telling me that their groomer canceled my appointment because their "cut off is 8:30 and it was 8:31". That is literally what I was told. Unbelievable. I hope upholding their groomer's policy was worth the thousands of dollars of future veterinary care and grooming revenue they are losing from my family because my dog's records have already been transferred and our new puppy will also be going to our new vet. I will NOT be recommending them in the future. Read Less

I went there with my small dog for a grooming. I received a blotch job where they cut my dog on the face and all over his body it was obvious it had been bleeding. I later called them and they said it was my dogs fault and that there was nothing they can do because again they said they had nothing to do with Read Less

My wife has had problems here with workers not paying much attention to animals in pain Update to previous I received a call today from Falcon Valley from a very nice lady who was concerned about my post. She was very nice and wanted to do everything possible to see what happened in better detail. She did not call to argue was just concerned about my post. She helped explain a few things to me that helped me understand what my wife might of heard. There is no place better in Johnson County to have your pet's needs met! Max (our special dog) and we love the extra attention and love he gets at regular appointments. We also appreciate the onsite groomer who gets Max gussied up and looking his best. These vets and their staff are honest, helpful and professional! Over the past week we have experienced extremely poor customer service, care, treatment, and service from Hidden Valley. They cut our dog during grooming which required a staple...did not provide a treatment plan...it got infected...did not return calls...sent the dog home with a soiled bed and sheets...took the staple out and gave no treatment plan and it has reopened...and they have not responded once to any of my concerns. KEEP AWAY!!! Coming here could literally be a matter of life and death for your furry family member. Read Less
