Dr. Peuser and the staff at Olathe Animal Hospital are wonderful. OAH isn't the cheapest vet around, but you pay for the people and I've never felt less than 100% satisfied by the people at OAH. After the appointment, Dr. Peuser walks us out and makes sure we get everything we need (new appointment, flea meds, etc.) before saying goodbye.Basically, everything about OAH is great, from the scheduling process to the in-hospital treatment to the follow-up, but especially regarding customer service. Most importantly, my puppy isn't scared of the vet--he's out of his mind with excitement every time we pull into the parking lot! And really, isn't that the most important measure of a great vet experience? Read Less
