Dr. Bolton did a fantastic job with our little guy George, a baby Robo hamster. He was very injured and we weren't sure he was going to make it, but is doing fantastic now. Dr. Bolton was very patient and kind and explained everything I needed to know to help him get better. His assistant was also very kind- so sorry I forget her name!! In my option dr Bolton was great when he first started we was one of his first ten people to bring are pets there but as the years have gone by he don't care like he use to it's more about money to him now i was with him for 27 years till i question a medicine that one of my cats was on it triple in price and i found out that i could get the same stuff at wal -mart for four bucks and ask him if he could call it into them he went on to say well i can charge you to write that but i won't next thing i know i received a letter in the mail telling it would be the best thing for us to find another vet after 27 years i thought that was very bad to do in a letter for one but the whole deal this is my option i would never go to this vet it's all about money now this is all my option after 27 years of going to it's a shame that's what it has come toRead Less

Dr. Bolton, Trish, Brittany and Bonnie are wonderful! I have taken my Fur kiddo's to Dr Bolton for over 18 years and would not take any of my Dog anywhere else. I know that if something is wrong with one of my puppies Dr Bolton will not stop until he has an answer to what is wrong. Read Less

Southwest Animal Clinic took wonderful care of our kittens, Max and Leo, for three days. We were concerned to leave them and how well their recovery would go at home. Southwest Plaza is the best place to get care for your pets! Dr. Bolton, Trish & Brittney are so knowledgeable about their work and show compassion in caring for your pet and for you as an owner. They are honest and always do their best! I couldn't ask for a better team to take care of our Firecracker & Smudge and that took wonderful care of my two previous cats who unfortunately had a tragic accident and disease that didn't make it. We have been taking our pets to Dr. Bolton for 16 years and have been very happy until recently. Dr. Bolton's affect has become quite surly as of late. Today was the last straw, he actually told my wife that we "had a mean old fat cat!". Really? We will take our animals elsewhere from now on. Don't expect any compassion from Dr Bolton.
