I have a goat with an injured leg and I don't have a lot of money to spend, so I was calling clinics in the area for pricing on a visit, x-ray, splint and any other possible fees I might be expected to pay. It seems like the kind of thing a receptionist at a vet clinic would be prepared for seeing as every clinic I called treated me with kindness and respect. That is, until I called Cottonwood per someone's recommendation. I just got off the phone with their receptionist, and I was quite taken aback at how rude she was. I was on the phone with her all of 4 minutes before she started treating me like a nuisance. "I don't have time to answer you questions, so if you're serious about making an appointment I can do that, but if you're just calling around for pricing, I really don't have the time". I understand things can get busy, but there are far better ways of communicating with potential customers. (I can hold. I can leave my number for a call back). I guess they have all the business they can handle at the moment. Read Less
