Horrible! Run! took my dog to this vet for the first time. I picked her up from a teeth cleaning. Gave me a bill for almost $300. and told me they pulled 4 teeth. I wrote a check, gave it to the girl, and asked for the teeth. My dog had teeth pulled before 2xs, elsewhere and they gave the teeth to me. She went to the back rm supposedly to look for them, vet wasn't there. Her and the groomer, Cheri, came back to say he didn't save the teeth. The groomer asked if I wanted to schedule an appt. I said I can't afford it now. Then the groomer said we don't take checks. I asked, why the girl watched me write it. Why not tell me before I wrote it. Not knowing, that groomer walked around behind me and grabbed my little dog by the fur on her back to drag her from around my feet, saying you can't take your dog then. I yelled get your hands off my dog! I yelled at the girl to call the police 3xs. They called vet instead. I left shortly after rewriting another adjusted check, removing unnecessary stuff. I went to a legitimate vet, and he said he could not see where any teeth were pulled! What a scam to pad his bill! Horrible, horrible, horrible unprofessional, dodgie place. Rude creepy vet. I have taken my pets to Dr. Reuter since November. Initially, after having taken my cat to another vet a year prior and being told she had an autoimmune condition that would eventually kill her, I set up an appointment to have her put to sleep because her health seemed to be failing. Dr. Reuter pinpointed an issue that the other vet didn't even address, and we ended up not putting her to sleep. She is still having some health issues, but they are things that can be monitored and lived with...not the death sentence the other vet seemed so certain of. Also, my dog went in for boarding recently, and I have zero complaints. The staff treated him well, and I will absolutely be using them again when I go out of town in the fall. Read Less

I have used this service for several years and always been very satisfied with the care my dogs have received. My dogs have monthly grooming with BJ and I think they actually look forward to seeing her. Dr. Reiter has taken care of their medical/shots care. My Molly was very over weight and "Doc" put her on medication and prescription diet and she lost 1/3 her total weight!  I'm sure this will extend her life. Read Less

I accidentally took my dogs to a pricier animal clinic down the road for a simple skin check and ended up paying too much on antibiotics and two trips to the vet, for a problem that didn't even get fixed. Went to Companion Animal Hospital after becoming frustrated with the other place. The vet gave me an antibiotic and spray to use, and the problem was fixed within three days, and for much cheaper too. Im also a fan of the lady who does grooming, as she always does a wonderful job. Thanks for quality pet care!Read Less

Very horrible help/advice for my Chameleon, do not waste your money if you have an exotic pet. My chameleon is suffering from Metabolic Bone Disease and should have been a very simple diagnosis for a vet. I did not figure this out until I posted on a forum a week later and wasted $70 here. The facility and staff were pleasant, just not qualified in my opinion to be listed as an exotic animal vet.Read Less

The doctor doesn't mince words, but he's very kind and compassionate. He gave me hand written "added instructions" to keep my baby comfortable and well. I have a senior dog who sadly has a terminal illness, and I fully expected our first visit to be one where I was told nothing more could be done and that it was time to let go. He didn't even bring up that possibility, instead he spent several minutes searching for just the right medications that would do the job but also be cost effective for me. He sent my dog home feeling better, looking better and with renewed hope that we will have at least several more good months together. On top of that, the doctor has also given me phone numbers where he can be reached after hours if we have any problems. I cannot say enough good things about this vet. Read Less
