This was from a couple of years ago, but I was recently reminded of how mad I am with Petworks. We had to put our cat down and were presented some choices for cremation. We decided not to keep the ashes (cheaper for mass cremation) and instead opted for a plaster paw print. Weeks passed and we never got notification that the paw print was ready, so we finally called. They couldn't find it and after a few days an associate lied to us and said it was probably lost in the mail. Simple fact, they never did the print. They also had no reason to mail it and risk it getting broken; we could have just picked it up. Now we have no memento for our loved one. We weren't even offered a refund for the print we didn't receive. We had very little interaction with the doctors until the very end so I can't review much about them; they may be wonderful. We mostly went in for grooming every few months which was a racket in itself. We got hit with sedation charges at random times and never with our consent. It seemed to be consistent when a particular young lady did the grooming. Our cat was not agile in the least and didn't typically exert much strength. He was just a growler. The other young man groomer said he was the easiest cat he's ever groomed, so go figure. Suffice to say, we won't be taking our new puppy here.

Petworks is amazing! I was reluctant to find a new veterinary hospital after moving an hour away from our family vet that I had been going to for 12 years and I am so glad I found this place! Our first visit we were immediately welcomed by staff as if we had been life-long customers. We were checked in and saw the Vet in a matter of minutes. They were very informative and knowledgeable about their pet-products, but never tried to pressure me into any kind of purchases. I just recently had my second visit to Petworks, do to my dogs non-stop itching. Unsure if it was fleas or he needed his glands cleaned, I called to make an appointment. The Vet was booked for the remainder of the week and my pup was going to have to go the long holiday weekend uncomfortable. Instead the Vet Asst. said she would be able to see my dog for his minor issue and she saw us during her work shift-change. She did a quick exam and cleaned his anal-glands, and even took my dog outside to "relieve himself" while I paid my bill! Even decided to get my dog micro-chipped at the last minute and they did it quick and easy. The staff is so personable you will feel like you're hanging out with you own friends. They accept PetAssure insurance for discounts as well. If you're searching for a new Vet in the area I recommend Petworks!

Clinic: As far as quality of care and kindness and professionalism of staff, I don't think you could find a better place, however you get what you pay for...the prices are extremely high compared to other places. If you can afford it, you can't go wrong with Petworks. However, if you are on a budget, I would find a less expensive clinic.
Grooming Service: I was extremely impressed with their grooming services. For it, the prices are fair and my Yorkie has honestly never looked better. I hate it when I get my dog back and he looks like they simply shaved him...I could do that myself for no cost. This was not the case at Petworks! Also, his nails were actually soft after being trimmed! They have always been sharp after taking him to the groomers. She must have worked some true magic, because I don't have any scratches from my hyper little dog, which is worth the trip all by itself.

After watching the segment about Kennel Kreek last night on Channel 4, it made me appreciate even more how WONDERFUL Petworks, Kent Callicut and EVERYONE who works there is! MY FUR BABIES are like my children, and I wouldn't think of trusting them to anyone else but Petworks! I don't have to question the kind of care they receive. . .I KNOW my babies are well cared for, as evidenced by my miniature dachshund, Annie, who begins dancing in the car when she sees we're getting close. She LOVES attending Daycare here! Hopefully after the unsolicited publicity, Kennel Kreek will get their act together, but what I hope for even more, is that people would investigate where they leave their pets the same as you would investigate someone you were to hire to sit with your two legged kids! With all the love and loyalty that our babies give to us, they deserve the same in return! And, again. . .if you're looking for a great vet who will care for your fur babies with love and compassion, then Dr. Calicutt and his staff would be a great choice!

Dr. Callicott is absolutely wonderful!! Sadly I no longer have my little Amos, but Dr. Callicott and his staff always took such good care of me...and Amos too. The first vet I tried I did not care for at all. Then I visited Petworks and just felt so good about the care that Amos received there. When a doctor, such as Dr. Callicott, takes the time to listen to me and my concerns, it makes me feel so much better. I would recommend Petworks to anyone..and I do!!

My husband and I took our cat to see Dr. Kent for the first time on a recommendation and were not disappointed. He was wonderful and very caring and thoughtful not only for our cat's needs but for ours. I would highly recommend this vet to any pet owner.

Very good service with attentive care and compassion for our cats. Dr. Kent Callicott is excellent as is all the staff. He saved our cat's leg and actually saved her life. Great job!!

I am always greeted with a friendly hello and sent off with a warm farewell. Appointments are easy to make and they have a wonderful grooming service too. This was from a couple of years ago, but I was recently reminded of how mad I am with Petworks. We had to put our cat down and were presented some choices for cremation. We decided not to keep the ashes (cheaper for mass cremation) and instead opted for a plaster paw print. Weeks passed and we never got notification that the paw print was ready, so we finally called. They couldn't find it and after a few days an associate lied to us and said it was probably lost in the mail. Simple fact, they never did the print. They also had no reason to mail it and risk it getting broken; we could have just picked it up. Now we have no memento for our loved one. We weren't even offered a refund for the print we didn't receive. We had very little interaction with the doctors until the very end so I can't review much about them; they may be wonderful. We mostly went in for grooming every few months which was a racket in itself. We got hit with sedation charges at random times and never with our consent. It seemed to be consistent when a particular young lady did the grooming. Our cat was not agile in the least and didn't typically exert much strength. He was just a growler. The other young man groomer said he was the easiest cat he's ever groomed, so go figure. Suffice to say, we won't be taking our new puppy here.

After calling vets all day to see where I wanted to take my new kitten, calling Petworks was like a breath of fresh air! The sweetest lady answered the phone and was funny, informative, yet still professional. When I came in, they all treated my cat like she was their own! I always feel like Piper is in good hands and Dr. Callicott is amazing! Would never go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone needing an awesome vet!

Petworks is amazing! I was reluctant to find a new veterinary hospital after moving an hour away from our family vet that I had been going to for 12 years and I am so glad I found this place! Our first visit we were immediately welcomed by staff as if we had been life-long customers. We were checked in and saw the Vet in a matter of minutes. They were very informative and knowledgeable about their pet-products, but never tried to pressure me into any kind of purchases. I just recently had my second visit to Petworks, do to my dogs non-stop itching. Unsure if it was fleas or he needed his glands cleaned, I called to make an appointment. The Vet was booked for the remainder of the week and my pup was going to have to go the long holiday weekend uncomfortable. Instead the Vet Asst. said she would be able to see my dog for his minor issue and she saw us during her work shift-change. She did a quick exam and cleaned his anal-glands, and even took my dog outside to "relieve himself" while I paid my bill! Even decided to get my dog micro-chipped at the last minute and they did it quick and easy. The staff is so personable you will feel like you're hanging out with you own friends. They accept PetAssure insurance for discounts as well. If you're searching for a new Vet in the area I recommend Petworks!

Clinic: As far as quality of care and kindness and professionalism of staff, I don't think you could find a better place, however you get what you pay for...the prices are extremely high compared to other places. If you can afford it, you can't go wrong with Petworks. However, if you are on a budget, I would find a less expensive clinic.
Grooming Service: I was extremely impressed with their grooming services. For it, the prices are fair and my Yorkie has honestly never looked better. I hate it when I get my dog back and he looks like they simply shaved him...I could do that myself for no cost. This was not the case at Petworks! Also, his nails were actually soft after being trimmed! They have always been sharp after taking him to the groomers. She must have worked some true magic, because I don't have any scratches from my hyper little dog, which is worth the trip all by itself.

After watching the segment about Kennel Kreek last night on Channel 4, it made me appreciate even more how WONDERFUL Petworks, Kent Callicut and EVERYONE who works there is! MY FUR BABIES are like my children, and I wouldn't think of trusting them to anyone else but Petworks! I don't have to question the kind of care they receive. . .I KNOW my babies are well cared for, as evidenced by my miniature dachshund, Annie, who begins dancing in the car when she sees we're getting close. She LOVES attending Daycare here! Hopefully after the unsolicited publicity, Kennel Kreek will get their act together, but what I hope for even more, is that people would investigate where they leave their pets the same as you would investigate someone you were to hire to sit with your two legged kids! With all the love and loyalty that our babies give to us, they deserve the same in return! And, again. . .if you're looking for a great vet who will care for your fur babies with love and compassion, then Dr. Calicutt and his staff would be a great choice!

Dr. Callicott is absolutely wonderful!! Sadly I no longer have my little Amos, but Dr. Callicott and his staff always took such good care of me...and Amos too. The first vet I tried I did not care for at all. Then I visited Petworks and just felt so good about the care that Amos received there. When a doctor, such as Dr. Callicott, takes the time to listen to me and my concerns, it makes me feel so much better. I would recommend Petworks to anyone..and I do!!
