The staff is very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We just adopted a border collie mix and they answered tons of questions before we even had a dog! When we brought him in for the first time last week they answered everything and gave us lots of great info. We even got trainer referrals from them. I would highly recommend this vet for your pet!

We originally went to this location for a different vet and were on the fence about taking our pets to that vet. We noticed that a new vet had taken over the location, so we decided to go back in for a new visit with our puppy.
Now both dogs and our cats all go to this vet - we had our shepherd's hip surgery here and have been making frequent weekly visits. The staff here are kind and personable people who enjoy working with animals. They are also very knowledgeable and well-spoken regarding their practice. We highly recommend this place for the small, personal touch they have, along with their excellent veterinarian capabilities.

Our dogs have seen dr taylor before for care. I called today and told the receptionist that one our dogs was very ill and desperately needed help. I explained that with the holidays, we didnt have the means to pay today but would give them payment that would be good in 10 days. She promised to ask dr taylor when she returned in 30-40 minutes. When i hadnt heard anything in an hour, i called back. A different receptionist answered. I told her who i was and asked if the dr had returned yet. She had no idea who i was or why i was calling until i explained the situation again. I told her we were afraid our dog was going to die because he was only getting sicker. She abruptly and rudely told me that dr taylor was with patients and she would call when she wasnt busy. I never heard from her. What it comes down to is money. If ya dont have it to hand over, they couldnt care less. We are borrowing money from a friend and taking our dog to a new vet tomorrow. We will never go back to dr taylor.

I have taken my cat to this vet clinic for years . They really care about all of their animals and treat them well . I've been very impressed with Dr Taylor and Dr. MCKee as well as the vets assistants especially Krystel she really loves and cares for animals.I brought my cat in at 730 am after it was hit by a car. Krystel answered the phone before the office opened and let me take my cat into the clinic before they open. They did ax-ray and made my cat comfortable. I just can't say enough good things about this office.

She was thorough in her exams and realistic about outcomes and results. She and her staff were very compassionate during a tough moment, and unfailingly professional and helpful.

I've been going to Dr. Taylor for a while and only have wonderful things to say about Quivira Crossing and Dr. Taylor. We have a 9 year old Sheltie that requires more care then I would imagine most dogs. Quivira Crossing offers an amazing Wellness Plan that allows us to get all the necessary preventative care yet spreads out the cost throughout the year on an affordable monthly basis. There are other perks of subscribing to the Wellness Plan which include discounts on other services and free nail trims. Our dog has joint issues from aging and we go for regular laser treatments that have been very beneficial, there is a noticeable improvement in his movement and we were very grateful Dr. Taylor suggested this option.
The staff there are great to work with, they have multiple ways of reminding you about appointments and follow up if needed. You can tell that they are all very passionate about animals and that it isn't just another job.
There isn't enough I can say about Doctor Taylor, she is extremely knowledgeable, she is accessible, she offers a wide variety of services and products, she is great with our dog and she is always a pleasure to see. We love our dog dearly and are very grateful that Dr. Taylor takes such wonderful care of him.
I would recommend Quivira Crossing to anyone and encourage you to look into the Wellness Plan when you go there.

I would recommend Dr Taylor to anyone who loves their pets. She is kind and compassionate most of all I appreciate how she can explain exactly what is going with your pet's health with out talking over your head about it all. She also has a wonderful groomer on staff. Every time my girls got to the "beauty shop" they come home looking great!. The staff is friendly and the office is clean every time I visit. Can you say that you have been in vet office that has not either smelled like urine or bleach? You can say that about this place!

Can't say enough good things as I have been to Dr. Taylor for several years before she opened this new clinic. She is an extremely knowledgeable, capable, and compassionate veterinarian. I had to have my cat Shadow put to sleep a few weeks ago and could not have received better treatment throughout the entire process.

I would recommend Dr Taylor to anyone who loves their pets. She is kind and compassionate most of all I appreciate how she can explain exactly what is going with your pet's health with out talking over your head about it all. She also has a wonderful groomer on staff. Every time my girls got to the "beauty shop" they come home looking great!. The staff is friendly and the office is clean every time I visit. Can you say that you have been in vet office that has not either smelled like urine or bleach? You can say that about this place!

I am very pleased with the quality of service I (and my pets) have received from Quivira Crossing Vet Clinic. Dr. Taylor takes time to explain things to us and provides as many options as she can. At the same time, she is a very knowledgeable and compassionate person. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a new veterinarian!

Can't say enough good things as I have been to Dr. Taylor for several years before she opened this new clinic. She is an extremely knowledgeable, capable, and compassionate veterinarian. I had to have my cat Shadow put to sleep a few weeks ago and could not have received better treatment throughout the entire process.
