I shouldn't have given this clinic two stars, especially after they talked to my dad on the phone about giving them two stars....... Didn't feel like anyone really cared about my dog or me. My dog needed a C-section which resulted in 48hrs no sleep and 3 vet visits because this clinic took its sweet time to help my dog. Thankfully my dog is fine but I lost 2 puppies due to this. The 4 surviving puppies are doing well. I was not happy that the office called my dad to try and smooth things over and then tried to turn around and book an appointment for the puppies. I felt like the vet was more interested in his day off than to help my dog. I will never be bringing my dog back to this clinic.

This office is professional and cheap. My cat broke his leg and my near by office quoted $2200.00 for the surgery. Miami vet clinic did the very difficult surgery for $350.00. The had the tools necessary that other offices did not. They never overcharge me for anything. I love this office so much that i drive pretty far to come here.

I have had several emergency situations where I had to walk in while others were waiting and they were so kind as to take me right in and my pets and right into surgery. I have never been put aside and I feel like they are a wonderful caring group of people. I trust them with my animals and the care decisions they have made for them. I also know that had they not stopped what they were doing and cared for my dog she would have died. It is a good feeling to know how much they care.

My daughter saw an injured dog on the side of the road and we took him in to MCV and they couldn't have been more compassionate and helpful. He had a badly broken leg and they gave him pain meds right away and X-rayed and set his leg. We were able to find his owner who has continued to take him to MCV. It was a stressful situation for this pup and they were wonderful. A happy ending thanks MCV

When he crossed the rainbow bridge she was very supportive and compassionate. All the staff was very kind and understanding. They now take care of our new little devil dog (Sugar ). I took Sheridan to see Dr. Jobe. I had so many questions about Sher's Cushings. Dr. Jobe took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me information to read that she had found for us that explained everything for me. Dr. Jobe said I could call and talk with her about any questions I might have in the future. That means a lot to have a doctor that cares so much about our family pets.
