My dad takes his dog here and so does my Sister and her husband. We love the service we receive. Even after cancelling to reschedule I received a phone call a few days later with them checking on my little guy. You guys are great!

We have been bringing our cats and Great Danes here since day 1. Melissa goes out of her way for us! The staff treats our pets like their own. I trust Dr. Benschoter implicitly to give me the best care and advice for all my pets, and particularly my Great Danes. He has seen us through a lot! What I really like is his consultative approach and the fact that he encourages me to do my homework so we can collaborate on the best care for my Danes. The fact that he got his DVM from Kansas State University is pretty nice, too! My girl Great Dane has a new BFF in Dr. Levin!! Love you guys!!!!

I bring my standard poodle here for everything - grooming, vaccinations, boarding, you name it and the staff is awesome. They are very honest about everything and so down to earth. They recommended I don't bring my dog here for long-term boarding since she has so much energy and they only have a small fenced in yard. The building is nice and clean and I love bringing Emma here!

Very happy to have established vet care here for our 2 cats when we moved to this part of town. Every staff person is so helpful, kind, and reassuring. One of my cats ended up needing a procedure they don't do here, but they were very helpful and informative and gave us choices of where to take her. A few days after her procedure, they called to check on her. I thought that was so sweet, and above and beyond in the customer service department. I will gladly take my cats to Dr. Benschoter and his staff here for checkups and emergencies, and I highly recommend them to you.

We moved here from the Chicago area a year ago and it's always challenging to find human and pet doctors that you like. Although the 1st practice we went to had good reviews, I was put off when the receptionist informed me that they only give 1 year rabies & would not see my dogs unless we allowed them to vaccinate that day. We believe that fewer vaccinations tend to be healthier AND that the '1-year' vaccine is exactly the same as the '3-year' and so giving the single year takes advantage of owners & isn't in the best interest of the dogs. When I came to Mission Road, everything about them was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was helpful, informative & went the extra mile to be helpful. We needed some basic tests/vaccinations and one of my dogs had a small mass on her eye. Dr. Jaimie Levin saw us and took her time to learn about my dogs, have them be comfortable with her and discuss what issues she believed were important and which could wait. She made sure that all my questions were answered and that I had as many details as I wanted. It was obvious that she was deeply knowledgeable and practical too. Again, the support staff were terrific, friendly, helpful and had a great manner with the dogs. No vet services are cheap, but I felt their prices were reasonable and not exploitive, plus if there were ways to cut the cost by omitting an item that might be optional, they pointed it out and gave you the option to delete it. I was delighted with everyone in the practice and see why they have earned many Angie's List Awards.

We have taken our dogs here since they were at the old location around the corner.
The staff here is top notch, and they treat our four legged children with the utmost love and care. Our Pug needed to have her eye removed and Dr. B did the surgery. The whole way through they kept in touch with us to let us know how she was doing. The after care was amazing.
No, this vet is not cheap, but what vet clinic is! The staff here makes it worth every penny!
