I love Rose Hill Veterinary Clinic. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and take care of things well. The vets - Dr. R. Harrison, Dr. J. Harrison, and Dr. B. Hodes are kind, caring, and patient, as are the assistants. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for appointments. They have "walk-in vaccinations" which saves some money because there is no office visit fee - but they still take the time to look over the animal and answer questions. I have been three times and had a different vet each time - they are all careful but efficient with "my boys". Equally important is their patience with me - as a new cat parent I have questions and they never seem to mind what I'm sure are mundane or silly questions. They have never tried to sell me any products and any products or medicines I have asked about where explained throughly and I would say unbiasedly. The clinic is not fancy or new but when I go me and my cats are made to feel at home and important. There are several vet clinics in Andover but I believe the drive to Rose Hill is worth it! We have used this clinic for many years but never had to use their emergency care until last night. Our Golden Doodle was unable to stand and walk. I called their number and Jessica Harrison D.V.M answered immediately. She told me to meet her at the clinic. She and the tech did a very thorough exam of our dog. She was very up-front and told us her prognosis. We opted for euthanasia for a variety of reason and Dr. Harrison and the tech were very supportive and helpful. They explained all our options. We've taken our multiple dogs there for several years now. For regular check ups and for minor problems. Every time they are easy to get a hold of and easy to get an appointment. They have solved our problems so far. And It's nice to have one so close to home.
