Apparently, Verona Chaffin's Veterinarian's office thinks it's perfectly acceptable to scream at their clients in the waiting room. It's one thing if you're unable to put forth a friendly demeanor, it's quite another if you're unable to maintain any level of professionalism. Poor quality of work, poor customer relationship, poor attitude. There are PLENTY of places in the area to take your pets. I highly suggest you look elsewhere.Response to Adam B.: I'm glad you've had a positive experience here. Unfortunately, it was Verona Chaffin doing the yelling, not her staff (after re-reading my review, I can see how that was unclear. Apologies.). After examining our dog, she stormed back into the waiting room to scream in our faces in front of both her staff and her other clients. After pursuing the reviews on Google, I'm starting to see this is a pattern that has only manifested in the past six months, but that's no excuse. That on top of the poor stitching job that was preventing healing and we certainly won't be recommending her services. A passion for pets is great, but being unable to effectively perform her job or communicate to her clients makes Allcare a clinic to avoid.Update: Turns out, you can add "stitches" to the list. Our dog's stitches were re-done today. Our new veterinarian was very curious to know who did the stitches in the first place, as they were put in so tight it was hindering the healing process and causing issues. Read Less
