I took my dog there after he got into a fight with three other dogs that had snuck into my backyard. My dog had wounds everywhere and his ear had a very deep cut in it. These people only gave him an antibiotic and made my sister sign a contract as soon as she walked in the doors. (panicked) she signed a contract demanding that she pays immediately, they didn’t even care that my dog was bleeding out. Then on top of it all, they didn’t clean his wounds or at least stitched something. They were just sitting at their desks smiling with their hands out waiting for the money. I took my dog home cleaned his wounds the best I could, then I took him to another vet the next morning that cleaned him all up, patched his wounds, and only charged me as much as the damn antibiotic costed. The other place did way more service for less... DONT COME HERE DONT COME HERE DONT COME HERE DONT COME HERE.

We had taken our dog in on a Saturday night due to her normal vet being closed. We were told we needed surgery to remove her eye. We needed to figure out a way to cover a $900 vet bill in such short n...
We had taken our dog in on a Saturday night due to her normal vet being closed. We were told we needed surgery to remove her eye. We needed to figure out a way to cover a $900 vet bill in such short notice. When we called the vet to schedule the surgery the vet flat out refused. After speaking with his staff, the vet finally agreed to do the surgery. We took her in for the surgery the vet told us that she was not his priority and he would get to the surgery when he felt like it. Not having any other choice we left her there. When we picked her up from the surgery she was still waking up from the medication. He explained medication to us wrong. He told us her pain medication was her antibiotic and vise versa. He had us recheck in 10 days for the stitch removal. We arrived 10 days later. The second vet refused to remove the stiches and put her on more antibiotics with follow up in 1 week. We follow up with the second vet a week later. She thought she needed another surgery due to the drainage. She offered to do the surgery that night. Due to our prior experience we wanted a second opinion. We took our dog to her normal vet on Monday. Our vet stated the her stitches we irrating her eye, and the drainage was normal. She did not think she needed another surgery but more time to heal with antibiotics. She removed 2 of the stiches and started her on the correct antibiotic. Her eye is doing a thousand times better and is healing well. I feel as if this vet is just out for money and didnt really care about the animals. I definitely will not be taking my animals back there.

We had to bring our dog in on an emergency today and we would highly recommend this clinic. The staff was very polite and informative. The vet we saw was very nice, very straight forward and gave us options with all prices. Unfortunately we had to euthanize our dog but all the staff was professional and caring.

We had to take our dog there recently. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour because they were in surgery but the tech came out shortly after to assess our situation and bring him back. ...
We had to take our dog there recently. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour because they were in surgery but the tech came out shortly after to assess our situation and bring him back. They were upfront about the situation and costs the entire time and provided thorough notes for us to transfer to our vet the next morning. They even called a day later to follow up. I recommend their services.

Worse place ever. Called at 2:00 am to say my pet ate a good size piece of plastic. They girl was so sleepy I couldn't understand her and she just kept telling me how much things would cost. Ended up taking my puppy in and the vet and her assistant were sleepy and not interested in really helping. Just said they didn't know what we wanted them to do and they said they could examine her but it would be pointless. We felt we were a big bother and they just wanted to go back to sleep. I will never recommend anyone go there. Uncaring and not friendly or concerned at all. Horrible experience.Ended up calling KSU animal hospital in Manhattan. The vet there was very kind and caring and talked to my husband for 45 minutes on what to do. They were awesome!

Awesome service and treatment for my dog that was on the verge of death. Walked right in with no wait on a Sunday morning. My dog is doing great and they even called me later in the day to check up on him. Very affordable and fairly priced. If I need emergency vet services again I will go to them in a heart beat.

I took my dog in for a minor emergency involving a cracked, bloody nail. Dr.Kitterman treated her like she was his own which put my mind at ease bc I know of some emergency vets that can be very callous and are only concerned about money. With that being said, the final bill was much less than what I thought it was going to be because Dr. Kitterman gave us a huge discount out of the kindness of his own heart.

My cat was torn nearly in half. At first the Doc thought he got into the engine of a car... But revised to running and snagged on barb wire.
Dr. Kitterman put him back together and handled me acting like a fool the whole time. The final bill was less than the estimate and they sent all the info to my primary vet by next business day when I went to make sure they agreed with what was done. When I went to my primary to have the stitches removed I saw vet who hadn't seen my cat and she said she was surprised my cat survived.
It went as well as it possibly could have because of the care he received here

I took my Jack Russell in late Saturday night after a fight with coyotes. The "veterinarian" said that he was in shock and prescribed antibiotics. First thing Monday morning my regular vet immediately recognized a punctured lung. He died 30 minutes later before we could even peacefully put him to sleep. Apparently her stethoscope didn't work that night. If you want your best friends to die, take them here. To make it even better, they called a week later to bring him in for a check up.

I took my dog there after he got into a fight with three other dogs that had snuck into my backyard. My dog had wounds everywhere and his ear had a very deep cut in it. These people only gave him an antibiotic and made my sister sign a contract as soon as she walked in the doors. Ended up taking my puppy in and the vet and her assistant were sleepy and not interested in really helping.
