The staff takes AMAZING care of all of my animals. My husband named our pitbull Kraze due to how crazy and hyper he is but every time we bring him in for shots or boarding they are excited to see him. Kraze is afraid of everything!!!! But when we bring Kraze here he is always happy to see everyone and you can see the joy in his face when they work with him. Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing with my furbabies! This is the vet clinic I will use. They've treated my dog my cat my daughter and myself with the respect I'm not used to seeing for a single parent with our concerns. Therapy cat, service dog and nothing there with any of the staff or doc stop me in my tracks the way I've been treated as a disabled person. Thank you Arrowhead for letting use be family there. My cat became very ill on a weekend. Called to see if Dr would see her and he did! Gave her two shots and said she should be better In 2 to 3 days. She is now back to her normal playful self. So thankful. Read Less

I'm not sure what the staff had against me but I called them and also contacted them via their website to make appointments for our 2 dogs. I've never heard from them. My husband's cousin Sharlet Seifert has always tried to get us to change to the vet at Arrowhead to care for our animals and after losing a loving pet through the non-care of another vet I decided to try. I guess if I'm not important for them to get back to then they are definitely the type of clinic I want taking care of my pets. Read Less

A couple of months ago our dog jumped through our glass window on our screen door and sliced her foot open(like a human slicing open their wrist). To her defense, we had previously taken the glass out of the window and it took awhile for us to find someone who could cut glass for that particular window. Our regular vet was on vacation so we called Arrowhead. We told them the situation, receptionist asked for the breed(Staffordshire/ American Pitbull mix) and said she would call us back. A few minutes later at 5:15(before clinic is even closed) she called us back and said the vet didn't feel like coming back in and then she preceded to give us the WRONG number to a vet she recommended in Ark City. We took our sweet girl to the vet in Ark City. She has completely recovered-no thanks to this vet! Read Less
