I took my little Zoey here for 17 years. They were there when she passed. Such a caring, truly heartfelt staff. I have recently rescued a dog, Lulu. They have been amazing to kennel her as I moved. They truly love our pets and want them to be healthy, happy and live a long life!!! I would never go anywhere else for my Lulu's care. Thumbs UP!!!

I have been going to see Dr. James for close to 10 years. I have tolerated the receptionist over the years because of the doctor's care of my pets. I can no longer tolerate the rude response I get when I call for simple things such as worm pills. Every time I call I get into an argument with the receptionist. I just wanted to get worm pills for my dogs. I have purchased them before and they were $8 -10. The dogs I had before were bigger than the dogs I have now. I asked for pricing for worm pills less the heart worm because I don't have $70 - 100 to test both of them. She put me on hold, comes back and said they will be $28 each because they are large dogs. I said one dog weighs 30 lbs and that is not large. She very rudely replies "she's 33 lbs hold on!" I just hung up. I can't take it anymore. I can get worm and flea medicine anywhere. Not a big deal . I'm tired of being talked down to and disrespected. I'm sad to say that it's time to move on.

I have had several vets in the past. I am super pleased with the care and the concern shown to both the pets & their owners. The compassion and understanding they have for their clients is great! Their fees are also reasonable, unlike several places I have used in the past!! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was very worried about my pet before the visit. I knew that my baby was not going to enjoy the visit one bit. (Hedgehogs likely wouldn't) Even though my little spiky one didn't have fun I could tell that the vet truly cared and understood about my animal. As a owner of an exotic pet it was so important to me to see how she acted towards my pet. I would refer her to all exotic pet owners. If she sees them, I know she will take good care of each visitor.

They helped me through one of the hardest times of my life when I had to escort my baby to Rainbow Bridge (when I was 8.5 months pregnant.) I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!! BEST EVER!

We bought a pet here after he got into a fight with another animal. Our pet lived through the fight and we took him here. When we told the vet that we were afraid he may have gotten rabies and they told us they would taken him to be tested. We agreed that would be a good idea but after we agreed they told us that they would be testing through the brain and our pet would be killed in the process. We obviously asked to have our loved pet back but they refused because it was a ‘liability’. So essentially we took our pet here to be saved but they ended up killing him anyway. Don’t take your pets here.

Cimarron ROCKS!! I LOVE how we are treated every single time we go! Both Drs. are excellent and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and very kind and compassionate. The service is fast, everything is explained in great detail and I like that cost estimates are provided prior to anything major being done. Prices for their services are extremely reasonable and I'm always completely satisfied with everything! I will never go anywhere else for veterinary care as long as their doors are open.

My little fur baby is epileptic and requires more attention and cost than I can most times afford. These people are caring, knowledgeable and fun! The staff and Dr.'s have always been willing and ready to work with us. They have not charged for consults, assisted us with medications and performed some things as a courtesy. We appreciate them and I feel at ease whenever my little gal has to stay with them! Thank you to everyone!

This a great animal hospital. The doctors have treated our "shy around strangers" dog with kindness and caring. We have boarded her there and , in that situation, the whole organization shows the love they have for animals. Because of her shyness, they recommended some in home people for her, but she still prefers to go to Cimarron than to have a stranger invade her home. We recommend them highly.

In the past I have had dogs that you just about have to drag into the vet. Not at Cimarron. My dogs can't wait to get through the door. They are given great and thorough care. They will do indepth explainations of your animals conditions and options for treatment. I have had nothing but good experiences with my pets visiting Cimarron. They have a new vet that has been recently hired and he seems to work within the same framework. My dogs were very comfortable being treated by him also. All of the other staff is very polite and caring to the patients and to the customers. Give it a try I think your pets will find this to be a very comfortable and friendly place to go when they are needing a checkup, or are not feeling well. If the vets are reading this, thank you so much for all you have done and are doing for my pets.

We took our very old cat (20ish) in yesterday. We have never been there. They were incredible, treated us well, treated our cat with care, etc. They treated us like we were family. The nurse even took pictures of my family with our cat before we put her down. The vet did tell us what was up with her. Gave us all the other options before mentioning putting her down. They even gave us time before and after.

Although relatively new at this vet, I can honestly say they have been nothing but helpful, courteous, friendly and great with my sometimes difficult Chihuahua. Pricing for services seems quite reason...

I rarely experience such great care at any medical facility, especially one for my puppy. We were treated as family and not only our puppy but we enjoyed the visit. We got all our questions answered and even some things we had not thought of yet that was very important for us to know. I would recommend anyone in a heartbeat. We love Cimarron!

Cimarron ROCKS!! I LOVE how we are treated every single time we go! Both Drs. are excellent and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and very kind and compassionate. The service is fast, everything is explained in great detail and I like that cost estimates are provided prior to anything major being done. Prices for their services are extremely reasonable and I'm always completely satisfied with everything! I will never go anywhere else for veterinary care as long as their doors are open.

My little fur baby is epileptic and requires more attention and cost than I can most times afford. These people are caring, knowledgeable and fun! The staff and Dr.'s have always been willing and ready to work with us. They have not charged for consults, assisted us with medications and performed some things as a courtesy. We appreciate them and I feel at ease whenever my little gal has to stay with them! Thank you to everyone!

The staff was very friendly and took care of us very quickly. Unfortunately my baby had to lose an eye but the stitching looks great and he is home and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and took care of us very quickly. Unfortunately my baby had to lose an eye but the stitching looks great and he is home and comfortable. This a great animal hospital. The doctors have treated our "shy around strangers" dog with kindness and caring. We have boarded her there and , in that situation, the whole organization shows the love they have for animals. Because of her shyness, they recommended some in home people for her, but she still prefers to go to Cimarron than to have a stranger invade her home. We recommend them highly.

In the past I have had dogs that you just about have to drag into the vet. Not at Cimarron. My dogs can't wait to get through the door. They are given great and thorough care. They will do indepth explainations of your animals conditions and options for treatment. I have had nothing but good experiences with my pets visiting Cimarron. They have a new vet that has been recently hired and he seems to work within the same framework. My dogs were very comfortable being treated by him also. All of the other staff is very polite and caring to the patients and to the customers. Give it a try I think your pets will find this to be a very comfortable and friendly place to go when they are needing a checkup, or are not feeling well. If the vets are reading this, thank you so much for all you have done and are doing for my pets.
