I am so happy with the service we received at this clinic for our elderly dog. We have received two misdiagnoses by our previous vet and been told twice to put her to sleep. So when our most had an infected mouth we brought her to college hill vet hoping and praying that with her age she'd get great care. The vet spent an hour with us and mitsy. Answered every question and we left knowing our baby was taken to the best vet and received the best care. Her mouth is slowly getting better every day and we can't be more grateful. While the vet techs here were kind and helpful, both the veterinarian and receptionist we had to deal with were incredibly rude. The veterinarian made distasteful jokes and repeatedly talked about removing the disabled leg of one of my dogs despite the procedure being unnecessary. During a visit where one of our dogs was taken in for an x-ray that we were told should only take a couple of hours I called after the estimated time was up, the secretary was short with me, said the vet would call me when my dog was ready, and then hours later with no call, and feeling very concerned, we went to pick up our dog and the receptionist claimed she tried to contact us hours before.
