Very unprofessional, Dr Moore is a hot head, she has her staff on pins and needles therefore they're on edge. Used them for 2 years and never felt completely at ease with Dr. Moore. Then when they wouldnt listen to us about how they were scaring our dog during a nail trim we cancelled our rewewal wellness plan, Dr Moore called me 3 times yelling at me. I had her on speaker phone my husband heard each call, I would hang up and she called back, just to get the last word. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INTIMADATING! I just pray she hasn't done damage and scared my dog to where she wont want her nails trimmed!

We've been taking our kitties here since they were kittens (still get a mix of kitten and adult food) and my girlfriend has been taking her pets here her entire life. Let me just say that the ladies in this establishment are the epitome of sensational. They care about your animals before, during, and after a visit. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic!I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful staff. Thank you so much for taking care of our kitties!

We have gone to Herndon Vet with our pets since I was in high school but I have to say I just LOVE it since Dr Horn & Dr Moore took over. They have taken great care of our labs. We had to put our sweet Boss Hogg down a few weeks ago & they were amazing with us. There was a room full of us & they made Boss comfortable & were so good to us & did not make us feel rushed even though we were an emergency walk in & I know they were busy. Over Boss Hoggs short 7 years of life they worked miracles on him from the time he got pancreatitis as a 1 year old to the time Boss decided to eat all 6 mo worth of his thyroid medicine (because the new ones were Beef flavored) & several other times he got into mischief. He was able to get a 2 pound bag of Russel Stover chocolates off of the top of the fridge so needless to say they have seen us ALOT! It didn't matter how sick Boss was or if he had just had surgery, he was ALWAYS excited to see them & always pulled me through the door. I highly recommend them & the staff is all great too. Love them all!

Very unprofessional, Dr Moore is a hot head, she has her staff on pins and needles therefore they're on edge. Used them for 2 years and never felt completely at ease with Dr. Moore. Then when they wouldnt listen to us about how they were scaring our dog during a nail trim we cancelled our rewewal wellness plan, Dr Moore called me 3 times yelling at me. We have gone to Herndon Vet with our pets since I was in high school but I have to say I just LOVE it since Dr Horn & Dr Moore took over. They have taken great care of our labs. We had to put our sweet Boss Hogg down a few weeks ago & they were amazing with us. There was a room full of us & they made Boss comfortable & were so good to us & did not make us feel rushed even though we were an emergency walk in & I know they were busy. Over Boss Hoggs short 7 years of life they worked miracles on him from the time he got pancreatitis as a 1 year old to the time Boss decided to eat all 6 mo worth of his thyroid medicine (because the new ones were Beef flavored) & several other times he got into mischief.
