My 17 year old Poodle (Cammie) was laid to rest with us holding her and the help of Indian Hills kind staff. The entire staff were so amazing on what was a very hard day. Little touches like the door we came in so we did not have to be in the general waiting room, how we were able to handle the charges before she was laid to rest. We stayed with her until we were ready to give her up and no one rushes us in any way. I am NOT
doing this staff any justice by my words. They KNOW your babies are a part of you and are so incredibly respectful of that. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We have nothing but good things to say about Indian Hills Animal Clinic. Dr. Neisius and all her staff are excellent. IHAC cared for our awesome cat Sgt Pepper throughout his entire life and we couldn't be more pleased with the care. When end of life came for Sgt Pepper, the staff handled it absolutely professionally. The attention to the little details that makes that moment bearable did not go unnoticed. Thanks.

I come to Indian Hills Animal Clinic on Maize for their doggy day care and boarding. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is top notch! I can't get over how spacious, clean and beautiful their play area for the dogs are! The boarding area is also clean. I feel really safe to leave my dog here.

I posted this on the Indian Hills other location, but I wanted to make sure everyone see's how much I love them-- AND, I like that they have 2 locations. I am shocked that someone had a bad experience at Indian Hills Animal Clinic. We have been bringing our pets there for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The receptionist Casey greets us by name and will even help answer our questions when we call in. We've seen Dr. Hicks, Dr. Hill and most recently Dr. Meyer and we've been impressed. I have always been given an estimate prior to anything being done and been able to approve or ask to wait on things. They never make me feel bad if I can't afford something at the time. In fact, they encourage splitting up the care into multiple visits to help us. We have 3 cats and 4 dogs and they know each and every one. They take care of them when we go on vacations and even sent us a picture during Christmas break. The clinic is always clean and fresh smelling and it's just what you want when you go to an animal hospital. It doesn't smell like urine or feces like other clinics. I could go on and on about Indian Hills Animal Clinic, but I think everyone should try them out for themselves. It's definitely worth any cost or drive. I want the best for my pets and they give it. Thank you, everyone. You will forever be the place I take my pets.

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Hicks and her staff have been incredibly kind and patient with us. They have stayed late for us to come in for an appointment, they've come in early for us to drop off. They know our names when we come and the receptionists always greet our pets and us! One of my dogs has allergies and they even keep special treats for him at the front desk! I have never felt as though they're all about the dollar, but rather what's best for our pets. Their vaccines are some of the lowest price in the area and their compassion is the highest. We changed vets from a clinic (2 miles down the road) because they didn't seem to care. As in all businesses, you get what you pay for and for the quality we receive at Indian Hills is top notch. Don't let others fool you into thinking they're about money-- they give options as far as what you can afford and understand that everyone has a limit. I was even told once to wait on a teeth cleaning until they give a discount in February! Not many vet clinic's would recommend that!! Come to this clinic-- Dr. Hicks, Nicole, Liz and the others will make sure you won't want to go anywhere else.

This places cares more about selling you unnecessary services than helping your pet. My cat was very sick so I took here to Indian Hills Animal Clinic because it was right across the street from where I live. They gave her a clean bill of health and sold me on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary services. They are the doctors, so I took their word that my cat was fine. A week later my cat was still very ill and I took her to another clinic where they performed the necessary procedures to save her life. It's sickening that the Indian Hills vet completely ignored all her symptoms as the other vet knew right away that my cat had fluid in her lungs from an infection and was close to dying. I would recommend going somewhere where they care about animals an not just money.

They are always able to get us right in. They are courteous and kind to my dogs and me. I have taken three dogs there over the years. Unfortunately, one of them ""met"" a car on a busy street and had to be put down. We were devastated but they were compassionate and seemed to understand how bad we felt and endured all our crying. They made us a plaster cast of her paw which I still have to remind me of how much we loved her.

My 17 year old Poodle (Cammie) was laid to rest with us holding her and the help of Indian Hills kind staff. The entire staff were so amazing on what was a very hard day. Little touches like the door we came in so we did not have to be in the general waiting room, how we were able to handle the charges before she was laid to rest. We stayed with her until we were ready to give her up and no one rushes us in any way. I am NOT
