we took our puppy ( a golden retriever) to be neutered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The veterinarian did an excellent job and our dog recovered very quickly from surgery. There was very little hair removed so it is almost unnoticeable. My dog came back very happy and was not stressed at all. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. There prices are very reasonable as well.

It's hard to find a vet that will care for your animal as if they were their own.

No fancy place, not like other Vets who build their office as if was John Hopkins hospital and want to charge you for it. Those who do that couldn't be human Doc, so they became animal Doc. Real animal Doc do it for the animal not the title of Doctors. PET HAVEN DOC'S do for the animal. Good service good prices and Very Good DOCTORS who earned their title.

Dr. Simon and the staff took such good care of our 7 month old lab puppy, Briseis. She tested positive for Parvo and with the help of Dr. Simon and all staff members at Pet Haven, she was back to her playful and onery self within days! After hearing how dangerous the Parvo virus is, we weren't sure if our Briseis was going to make it. However, thanks to Pet Haven, she is still with us and continuing to torture us by getting into just about anything she can. We are very grateful to all staff members at Pet Haven and will continue our visits there!

Dr. Hauptman, Dr. Spiller, and Dr. Smith are amazing. I have been taking my babies here for years and I wouldn't trust my children with anyone else. The vet techs, Michelle, Paige, Carrie and Bekki are awesome! Very kind and sweet. Still getting to know Cary, but he seems very genuine. At the front, Stephanie, Tara and Jessica take good care of us always! Kimber had to have both ACL's replaced this year and Dr. Spiller is a genius. Kimber recovered very quickly. Kimber and Brock love the staff here and so do their mommies. If you have never been here, your pet is missing out!

We came in for a first time appointment after recently adopting a dog from a local shelter. Dr. Spiller did an amazing job of taking care of our dog. She started off with a warm greeting and petting our dog but she quickly transitioned to a check-up. She checked him out so effortlessly that our dog never realized it and we didn't either at first. This was very important for our dog who is shy and nervous, but she kept him at ease the entire time. She also answered so many 'first time parent' questions that we had and she was so patient with us and never rushed us. Turns out our dog had hookworms but the treatment worked great and now he's feeling normal and healthy. Thank you Dr. Spiller. Highly, highly recommend.

Cannot say enough about this wonderful staff. They saved our dog this week when he ate a tough nylon toy. My pets ages range from 7 to 18 and all have diffrent care plans. The time the vet's spend with you is comforting. You can really tell they care about the well being of all animals.

His nails still make a clicking sound on the floor and they cause him pain when he walks. After the first visit I knew Pethaven was the place for us. Now after this last cost I know that my Brutus, can no longer be trusted in their hands. Not sure what has caused them to go down hill but, I know I am looking into new vets.

I was initially pleased with Pet Haven Vet clinic because I read a number of glowing reviews. They were able to schedule my puppys surgery quickly. These were the two deciding factors for using them. After surgery I was told if we had any problems to bring him back in and they would take care of him. A little after one week my dog developed an infection. I immediately took him by the vets office after I returned home from work and realized what was going on. I was turned away and told to call for an appointment the next day. I explained that the surgical sight was looking infected and I work out of town. I called my other dogs vet and they saw him on the other side of Wichita as soon as I could drive there. 160 dollars later I had a collar, pain pills and antibiotics. So I'm about 320.00 into what should have been a simple nutering. Draw your own conclusions. Avoid them. They are too busy to care for your pet after suegery.

A few months after moving back to Wichita from Texas, my sweet kitty Emma fell ill. Dr. Spiller did everything she could to help her, and was amazingly wonderful throughout the whole process. Although we felt it was best for Emma to let her cross the rainbow bridge, Dr. Spiller and the entire Pet Haven staff have mine and my family's thanks and loyalty for years to come with our current furry children and our future ones. :)

We had an unfortunate first visit with the Pet Haven Vet Clinic. We brought our 10 year old boxer in because he was limping on his right rear leg. We weren't super happy with our previous vet and heard good things about Pet Haven. After x-rays, we quickly determined that the issue was an aggressive bone cancer and we were faced with a very difficult decision to make him "comfortable" until the end or say goodbye to our beautiful, faithful, wonderful boy. We decided it was unfair to make him endure anymore pain and made the hardest decision of our lives. Everyone there, from the vet, to the techs, to the people at the front desk were caring and helpful through our own grief. Today, we received a grievance card from Pet Haven Vet Clinic. We have another boxer at home. Right now we are all adjusting to our lives without our beloved boy. However, one day soon, I will bring my other boxer to this vet clinic to receive the same loving care they gave my boy in his last moments. This time it will be to clean his teeth or a rabies shot, though. I want to thank everyone involved with my Fender's last moments. I will never forget your compassion and care!

Lila, my 2 year old rescue dog, is my entire life. I am very particular about who I trust to take care of her. I'm new to the Wichita area, and Lila has recently been having some serious diarrhea for quite awhile. We tried a few things, but ultimately we ended up suspecting tapeworms. She is also very prone to ear infections and I thought maybe she had one, so I decided it was time for a trip to the vet. Lila is very timid, sometimes to the point where she is aggressive if she feels uncomfortable. Previously, when taking her to any other clinic, they want her in and out and never have they taken the time to try to make her more comfortable. The veterinary assistant (I wish I knew her name) immediately greeted Lila with treats and lots of love. She knew exactly how to handle her temperament. The vet herself agreed that it may be tapeworms, and they took her in the back to run some tests and give her treatment for that and her ear infection. Normally she will not let anyone near her ears except me. They were able to keep her calm enough to get her ears cleaned and treated. I heard them telling her "good girl" through the wall and I had complete confidence that she was in good hands. This is why I have given this review 5 stars. There is nothing more important to me than my dog's wellbeing.

We recently moved to Wichita. Our first week in town, our older dog was limping and we took her in for shots and to have her check. Since our kids weren't enrolled in school yet, I also had all my children with me. The vet, Dr. Menze was super nice with all the chaos and explained all our options and the associated costs with each option.Unfortunately, when x-raying our dog's leg the vet discovered she had lung cancer. Dr. Menze was great with explaining everything to us including spending over 20 minutes answering every question my 8 year old asked. Her bedside manner was awesome. She recommended not doing the vaccinations and taking Molly home and loving her until it was time. Dr. Menze also did a great job explaining how we would know when our beloved dog was ready to die.Molly died at home this past week. The staff was amazing when i called them freaking out and not knowing what to do. They explained my options and very tactfully explained the associated costs.I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, the staff and Dr. Menze. I was pleasantly surprised when we received a sympathy from Dr. Menze today along with a beautiful hand written note.

Our doberman puppy had an injury to her right front flexor tendon and was cared for by our regular vet. Over the weekend her toes swelled up so badly that I could not get into the wrap to cut it off. I took her to this clinic after 5:00pm for treatment that was quick, efficient, kind and no more expensive than a regular veterinary service. It eases my mind knowing that this kind group of people is available to help in our vet's off hours.

I have been taking my dogs here for years, and we have not been disappointed in the level of care that has been taken for our two dogs. They are reasonably priced, and you can tell they care about animals there. Customer service has always been great, I can call one day in advance and get an appointment for the next day. Whenever my dog has her teeth cleaned, they will always call me when she wakes up so I know there were no complications. I also like that they price-match heartworm medication, so you can still get the guarantee of the product that Pet Haven offers, for the more reasonable prices you can find online.

My husband and I have been taking our dogs to Pet Haven for years. They have always been very helpful and courteous. Their staff has even gone as far as bringing my dog food out to my car and loading it when I called them ahead, taking my card in and running it for me, so I didn't have to drag my kids out of the car. They are always helpful in finding the things we need for our animals. I've never had a bad experience with Pet Haven and I recommend them to anyone. We've also been happy with the vet services.

we took our puppy ( a golden retriever) to be neutered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The veterinarian did an excellent job and our dog recovered very quickly from surgery. There was very little hair removed so it is almost unnoticeable. My dog came back very happy and was not stressed at all. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. There prices are very reasonable as well.

No fancy place, not like other Vets who build their office as if was John Hopkins hospital and want to charge you for it. Those who do that couldn't be human Doc, so they became animal Doc. Real animal Doc do it for the animal not the title of Doctors. PET HAVEN DOC'S do for the animal. Good service good prices and Very Good DOCTORS who earned their title.

Dr. Simon and the staff took such good care of our 7 month old lab puppy, Briseis. She tested positive for Parvo and with the help of Dr. Simon and all staff members at Pet Haven, she was back to her playful and onery self within days! After hearing how dangerous the Parvo virus is, we weren't sure if our Briseis was going to make it. However, thanks to Pet Haven, she is still with us and continuing to torture us by getting into just about anything she can. We are very grateful to all staff members at Pet Haven and will continue our visits there!

Dr. Hauptman, Dr. Spiller, and Dr. Smith are amazing. I have been taking my babies here for years and I wouldn't trust my children with anyone else. The vet techs, Michelle, Paige, Carrie and Bekki are awesome! Very kind and sweet. Still getting to know Cary, but he seems very genuine. At the front, Stephanie, Tara and Jessica take good care of us always! Kimber had to have both ACL's replaced this year and Dr. Spiller is a genius. Kimber recovered very quickly. Kimber and Brock love the staff here and so do their mommies. If you have never been here, your pet is missing out!

We came in for a first time appointment after recently adopting a dog from a local shelter. Dr. Spiller did an amazing job of taking care of our dog. She started off with a warm greeting and petting our dog but she quickly transitioned to a check-up. She checked him out so effortlessly that our dog never realized it and we didn't either at first. This was very important for our dog who is shy and nervous, but she kept him at ease the entire time. She also answered so many 'first time parent' questions that we had and she was so patient with us and never rushed us. Turns out our dog had hookworms but the treatment worked great and now he's feeling normal and healthy. Thank you Dr. Spiller. Highly, highly recommend.

Cannot say enough about this wonderful staff. They saved our dog this week when he ate a tough nylon toy. They also have done two amazing ligament reattachment surgeries on our other dog this past year. Amazing surgeons!!!! Very down to earth approach, and they came through for us in a way we will always be grateful for. They gave us the merriest Christmas we could have had.

Dr Menze has always taken great care of our pups but we are extra thankful she was able to see Buck today. Thanks to her and the rest of the Pet Haven staff the foreign object has been removed from his eye and he's resting comfortably. He should be back to his normal self in no time!

Due to the wonderful care I have a cat who is 18 yrs old and doing great. THE care for my 3 dogs could not be better. Earlier this year they saved my dogs life. ALL the staff is always so helpful. My pets ages range from 7 to 18 and all have diffrent care plans. The time the vet's spend with you is comforting. You can really tell they care about the well being of all animals.

Brutus and I have had good experiences in the past with Pethaven however, the last vist was very unpleasing. They charged me $15 to trim his nail yet they barley trimmed them at all. His nails still make a clicking sound on the floor and they cause him pain when he walks. After the first visit I knew Pethaven was the place for us. Now after this last cost I know that my Brutus, can no longer be trusted in their hands. Not sure what has caused them to go down hill but, I know I am looking into new vets.

Came in without an appointment & they were willing to work me in. VERY compassionate, & realistic, veterinarians. Too many vets try to push unrealistic & costly treatment, but not here. Some of the front office staff are a bit abrasive & they have had a rude vet tech, or two, in the past, but those don't seem to last long.

I was initially pleased with Pet Haven Vet clinic because I read a number of glowing reviews. They were able to schedule my puppys surgery quickly. These were the two deciding factors for using them. After surgery I was told if we had any problems to bring him back in and they would take care of him. A little after one week my dog developed an infection. I immediately took him by the vets office after I returned home from work and realized what was going on. I was turned away and told to call for an appointment the next day. I explained that the surgical sight was looking infected and I work out of town. I called my other dogs vet and they saw him on the other side of Wichita as soon as I could drive there. 160 dollars later I had a collar, pain pills and antibiotics. So I'm about 320.00 into what should have been a simple nutering. Draw your own conclusions. Avoid them. They are too busy to care for your pet after suegery.

A few months after moving back to Wichita from Texas, my sweet kitty Emma fell ill. Dr. Spiller did everything she could to help her, and was amazingly wonderful throughout the whole process. Although we felt it was best for Emma to let her cross the rainbow bridge, Dr. Spiller and the entire Pet Haven staff have mine and my family's thanks and loyalty for years to come with our current furry children and our future ones. :)

We had an unfortunate first visit with the Pet Haven Vet Clinic. We brought our 10 year old boxer in because he was limping on his right rear leg. We weren't super happy with our previous vet and heard good things about Pet Haven. After x-rays, we quickly determined that the issue was an aggressive bone cancer and we were faced with a very difficult decision to make him "comfortable" until the end or say goodbye to our beautiful, faithful, wonderful boy. We decided it was unfair to make him endure anymore pain and made the hardest decision of our lives. Everyone there, from the vet, to the techs, to the people at the front desk were caring and helpful through our own grief. Today, we received a grievance card from Pet Haven Vet Clinic. We have another boxer at home. Right now we are all adjusting to our lives without our beloved boy. However, one day soon, I will bring my other boxer to this vet clinic to receive the same loving care they gave my boy in his last moments. This time it will be to clean his teeth or a rabies shot, though. I want to thank everyone involved with my Fender's last moments. I will never forget your compassion and care!

Every other vet I called was either wanting to spade him (part of package) or charge me $$ for simply coming into the office. Pet Haven was really clean, the staff was friendly. Prices were affordable! We were in and out in less than thirty min.

Lila, my 2 year old rescue dog, is my entire life. I am very particular about who I trust to take care of her. I'm new to the Wichita area, and Lila has recently been having some serious diarrhea for quite awhile. We tried a few things, but ultimately we ended up suspecting tapeworms. She is also very prone to ear infections and I thought maybe she had one, so I decided it was time for a trip to the vet. Lila is very timid, sometimes to the point where she is aggressive if she feels uncomfortable. Previously, when taking her to any other clinic, they want her in and out and never have they taken the time to try to make her more comfortable. The veterinary assistant (I wish I knew her name) immediately greeted Lila with treats and lots of love. She knew exactly how to handle her temperament. The vet herself agreed that it may be tapeworms, and they took her in the back to run some tests and give her treatment for that and her ear infection. Normally she will not let anyone near her ears except me. They were able to keep her calm enough to get her ears cleaned and treated. I heard them telling her "good girl" through the wall and I had complete confidence that she was in good hands. This is why I have given this review 5 stars. There is nothing more important to me than my dog's wellbeing.

We recently moved to Wichita. Our first week in town, our older dog was limping and we took her in for shots and to have her check. Since our kids weren't enrolled in school yet, I also had all my children with me. The vet, Dr. Menze was super nice with all the chaos and explained all our options and the associated costs with each option.Unfortunately, when x-raying our dog's leg the vet discovered she had lung cancer. Dr. Menze was great with explaining everything to us including spending over 20 minutes answering every question my 8 year old asked. Her bedside manner was awesome. She recommended not doing the vaccinations and taking Molly home and loving her until it was time. Dr. Menze also did a great job explaining how we would know when our beloved dog was ready to die.Molly died at home this past week. The staff was amazing when i called them freaking out and not knowing what to do. They explained my options and very tactfully explained the associated costs.I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, the staff and Dr. Menze. I was pleasantly surprised when we received a sympathy from Dr. Menze today along with a beautiful hand written note.

Our doberman puppy had an injury to her right front flexor tendon and was cared for by our regular vet. Over the weekend her toes swelled up so badly that I could not get into the wrap to cut it off. I took her to this clinic after 5:00pm for treatment that was quick, efficient, kind and no more expensive than a regular veterinary service. It eases my mind knowing that this kind group of people is available to help in our vet's off hours.

I have been taking my dogs here for years, and we have not been disappointed in the level of care that has been taken for our two dogs. They are reasonably priced, and you can tell they care about animals there. Customer service has always been great, I can call one day in advance and get an appointment for the next day. Whenever my dog has her teeth cleaned, they will always call me when she wakes up so I know there were no complications. I also like that they price-match heartworm medication, so you can still get the guarantee of the product that Pet Haven offers, for the more reasonable prices you can find online.

My husband and I have been taking our dogs to Pet Haven for years. They have always been very helpful and courteous. Their staff has even gone as far as bringing my dog food out to my car and loading it when I called them ahead, taking my card in and running it for me, so I didn't have to drag my kids out of the car. They are always helpful in finding the things we need for our animals. I've never had a bad experience with Pet Haven and I recommend them to anyone. We've also been happy with the vet services.
