Super friendly staff! We have 4 dogs and they worked with us to allow 2 at a time to be brought in today. Pricing is the best in town (I did my research and called around)! Even just bringing 2 at a time, they were a little scared of what was happening (wellness exam and rabies shot). The doctor didn't push to check everything this time. He was very calm and patient with all of our furbabies. The facility was clean and there were no odors. Staff was helpful with any questions we had and figure out the costs for us on each pup for the city. We love Willowbend and extremely happy to have chosen this place for our furbabies. We first took our 3 month old chocolate lab to Willowbend based on a recommendation we received when she had become ill a week after adopting her. She was then diagnosed with parvo. Dr. Johnson and his team bent over backwards to care for our little girl and even came in after hours to treat her. Don't waste your time here. The receptionist, who was also the assistant (?) was rude. I walked in, (I realize this isn't kosher in the medical world), but I thought I'd give it a try. Even though they were open, the doctor wasn't even there. When I tried to schedule an appointment for what worked in my schedule, he wasn't going to be in then either. In light of the last two reviews, I am compelled to give my personal experiences with Willowbend and Dr. J. I have close friends of mine, who had a very sick dog, with very complex health issues. Though the professional and expert treatment and advise of Dr. J, he is still alive after a year and thriving. This led me to seek this Dr. out as i had a very sick, 15 yr. old cat. Through his thoughtful and expert advise my cat has completely turned around and is better than he has been in years.I am very satisfied with Willowbend's prices. I have to say, they may not be as inexpensive as some vets, but the costs are by far and away better that what i was paying. I thought the price was very reasonable. I have found the staff to be friendly and happy to meet all my needs. Dr. Johnson is a very comprehensive, doctor. He thinks everything through and shares each aspect with you. I have found him to be very respectful and professional. I will continue taking my pets there and recommend Willowbend to others. Read Less
