My family has brought two of our dogs here on two separate occasions, one because she was pregnant and the other for her monthly shots. Both beautiful, exuberant, healthy dogs before their visit. The first one, Meeyang, was released to come home with us because she was having a "healthy pregnancy" and we had nothing to worry about. She died a few days later, along with her puppies. The second one, Brin, was released yesterday right after her monthly shots. Although we were warned that she would feel some sickness for approximately two hours after treatment, the sickness would pass and we had nothing to worry about. She died one hour after her visit. When addressed about the issue at hand, Dr. Hancock referred to Brin as a "he" throughout his entire apology(if you can even call it that) which to me signified that our dog and our issue was just another dollar sign and that what happened to our dogs was merely nature running its course. Although they were apologetic towards what has happened to our pets, we will never come back to this establishment. It's true what they say, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.Read Less
