I give no stars but ithe makes me give 1.... I took my baby Bella The day before Thanksgiving she had suddenly gotten diarrhea. They sent her home with some nausea meds said really nothing to worry about. I had to come back the very next week on Tuesday. I saw a different lady Bella had suddenly became very bad again. She said well we ruled out parvo last week. I told her no they ask if she was up to date on her shots and she was she was never tested. That it would make her look hunched back but that was normal. They wanted to do the test. It came back positive. The then gave her a shot for nausea and gave her iv fluids very quickly on her back between the two shoulder bones under the skin. They sent us home with an iv bag several new needles to restick her with every 8 hours.. shots... pills.. and soft dog food. I ask what kind of chance she had I was told 50/50. Bella my precious teddy bear yorkie died within 2hours of being sent home. She was absolutely pidiful. Tears flowing down my face as I type. I am not about bashing a business at all I just hope and pray I can keep this from happening to anyone else.. We were seen quickly both time getting iv fluid and all the 2nd time we weren't there all together 25 mons each time. Please don't go here. Go outside of Trigg County. They ignored my pet which resulted in death. They won't listen and show no remorse. DO NOT leave your pet overnight. What kind of clinic has a "drop off" cage outside where you can leave your pet after hours? This place sucks big time. Read Less

Took my male kitten here about a year ago to get neutered, all the ladies were extremely nice! Considering he was the first cat I'd ever owned they explain how I should go about his care at home after his surgery, they even clipped my baby's nails as a courtesy. I took my sweet Siamese cat named Felix here when he was sick...they were very nice and thorough with him. I was in New York communicating with them before Felix passed about my mom bringing him back to the vet and even though I could tell they were busy they took time to talk to me and give their honest opinion! From simple vaccines for my dogs and horses to emergency trips I have always felt at home and at peace knowing my animals where in there care. I don't know how I would have ever made it threw so many stressful situations my animals have put me in without there staff to calm me down and the vets to know exactly what to do! We had to take our 6yo pit bull to have a growth removed. We are new to the area and went to get quotes from other vets, when we came to this one the quote for surgery was so reasonable! They treated our dog like he was theirs (other vets in the area terrified him) and they let us visit him when we found out he needed to stay overnight. We will definitely be using this vet clinic for all future pet needs!! Read Less

About 2 years ago Dr. Shelia and her staff saved our Beagle's life and took very good care him during recovery. We see her and her staff yearly and each visit is so warm loving and inviting. It's about a 20 min drive for me but I promise you it's well worth it. Even Gage gets excited when it's time for his visits. I highly recommend this clinic!!! Read Less

horrible . please do not go here.. they are not good with your animals, especially dogs.. they lost my dog, while he was being boarded.. he was lost overnight, when he was hit by a car and nearly died.... he was in their care and they just lost him! the same as if a daycare lost your child.. he is traumatized for life and lynn Cofield is horrible, I mean horrible with the treatment of dogs... they ended up over billing me after I forgave them and continued going to them and refused to fix my bill... causing a collection... fortunately for me, my score is still 800 but it's the principal of the matter.. Brought a friend of mines dog here after he ate a Brillo pad. He didn't have the money for the services needed and they turned him away, neglecting to mention there are other vet clinics in the area willing to take payments. He died this morning 15 minutes after we found a vet willing to see him and take payments.Read Less

These people (the Vets, the techs and all the support staff) have taken care of all of our fur babies for 16 years. They love them and care for them like their own. They have cried in the floor with us when our babies didn't make it and saved them and nurtured them every time they could. The babies love them all as much as we do and we would not take them anywhere else for care. Read Less

I was upset by this place today. My dog was having trouble breathing and I didn't have the money so I thought I could take him up there and pay this afternoon after I got paid. Two weeks ago I had to put my beloved pet of 13 years down. I got Oscar at 5 weeks old, he was my empty nest dog. These Doxie and staff were awesome. They gave me and my daughter all the time was needed with him. When we left they gave us a pet sympathy card with heart felt condolence now and they took a paw print from my Oscar and put it in the card. I love these people. Read Less
