I have only ever had bad vet experiences, and because of them I have severe pet anxiety. I refused to take my cat furbaby because of my fear. In the office today I was shaking more than my cat was because of my anxiety. Both of the women who assisted us were incredibly kind. They subtly acknowledged my anxieties and took such good care of my baby. They answered all of my questions, offered awesome alternatives to her diet and were both very well read and educated in all matters cat. I loved my first vet experience in years thanks to this amazing and compassionate office!

Dr. Baker is an awesome veterinarian who truly cares about your pets and provides great medical treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We switched vets about a year ago and I am so happy that we found Veterinary Care of Independence. Dr. Baker and her staff are friendly, professional, straight forward, reasonably priced and always available to work my fur babies in, in the event of an emergency. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies' care from here on out. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Brought my kitten here for a check on her ears, my last vet was very rough w/ her our last visit, she was a little leary @ 1st, but quickly warmed up to them. They were very attentive & loving toward her, gave her lots of pets & treats. They even was going to show my daughter what ear mites look like under the microscope, since she wants to be a vet herself. Love these people, we've found our permanent vet!!!

My dog was brought to Dr. Baker as a emergency respiratory situation from my groomer next door to her. They stopped everything to take care of my dog even though I was not their regular customer. Dr....
My dog was brought to Dr. Baker as a emergency respiratory situation from my groomer next door to her. They stopped everything to take care of my dog even though I was not their regular customer. Dr. Baker was fast acting to stabilize my dog and referred her immediately to a higher level of care. I was very impressed with her expertise and knowledge. She explained everything completely. I highly recommend her and her staff. The vet techs were great. Everyone was great. They have a new customer!!!

Excellent clinic. All the staff truly care and take the time to deal with your dogs individual likes and needs. Our dog is a pit bull and they treat her just the same as any other dog. She loves to go to the vet actually. We are very pleased with the care our dog receives. Id recommend this clinic to anyone.

I've had cats all my life. I've always worked at being a responsible pet owner and have lived quite a few places east of the Mississippi. And the greater Cinti area. So, I know Vet's to some degree. I have a APBT, Suki and two cats, Dumas and Damien. I would not trust their care to any other center. Dr. Kristi and her staff are wonderful with all my "kids". Plus, Oscar and Poly the clinic cats, are very well cared for and very social animals. Which is another glowing endorsement to me. I especially like that the Center often times has available (from Kenton Cty Animal Shelter) cats up for adoption hanging out in the lobby. This is another indicator that Dr. Kristi and her crew are an involved part of our community. Thank you Dr. Baker and thank you to all your staff. Love, Charlotte Avery, Suki, Dumas, and Damien

I have only ever had bad vet experiences, and because of them I have severe pet anxiety. I refused to take my cat furbaby because of my fear. In the office today I was shaking more than my cat was because of my anxiety. Both of the women who assisted us were incredibly kind. They subtly acknowledged my anxieties and took such good care of my baby. They answered all of my questions, offered awesome alternatives to her diet and were both very well read and educated in all matters cat. I loved my first vet experience in years thanks to this amazing and compassionate office!

We switched vets about a year ago and I am so happy that we found Veterinary Care of Independence. Dr. Baker and her staff are friendly, professional, straight forward, reasonably priced and always available to work my fur babies in, in the event of an emergency. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies' care from here on out. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Brought my kitten here for a check on her ears, my last vet was very rough w/ her our last visit, she was a little leary @ 1st, but quickly warmed up to them. They were very attentive & loving toward her, gave her lots of pets & treats. My dog was brought to Dr. Baker as a emergency respiratory situation from my groomer next door to her. They stopped everything to take care of my dog even though I was not their regular customer. Dr. Baker was fast acting to stabilize my dog and referred her immediately to a higher level of care. I was very impressed with her expertise and knowledge. She explained everything completely. I highly recommend her and her staff. The vet techs were great. Everyone was great. They have a new customer!!!
