I took my dog here for the first time after seeing another vet in town previously, and I will never take him anywhere else after seeing Dr. Thompson. My dog has reoccurring skin issues that no one could get the bottom of, and Dr. Thompson spent a good 45 minutes listening to my dog's background history and situation to get to the root of the issue. I'm so satisfied and impressed with how thorough she was, and I left her office feeling relieved that she was truly concerned about helping my dog get better. Her, as well as her staff, genuinely care about your pets, and everyone in the office is so friendly! They are absolutely wonderful! I came home to my cat's face swollen, full of infection, and limping. He's an outside cat, so no telling what happened. Very personable and professional clinic, my Penny girl is known to be a bit temperamental at her vet appointments but Dr. Thompson and her staff couldn't have handled her any better. They maintained their patience and worked with us! Our appointment ended stress free and def. happy because I finally found a clinic I know we will stay at and be happy! Dr. Thompson is one of the few vets who makes house calls or farm calls as she and her staff refer to their visits to your home. Whether it was a 2,000 pound Belgian horse or our 13 pound cat, she showed the same amount of concern and care when she responded to our animal's needs. I highly recommend her services. Read Less

Karen is awesome most caring and loving vet first experience with her she came to house to put my best friend down he was old and in pain and afterwards she helped my husband put his in his resting place my little girl dog and boy goes to her had my girl spaded she was so good putting up with tjis nervous mom. We love Cedar Heights! After several diagnoses from 2 different vets Dr Thompson was able to correctly diagnosis out little girl and saved her life! These girls are absolutely like family to me! They go above and beyond the call if duty for me every time! My 2 babies even wag their tails when we pull into the parking lot! They love Dr Thompson and her staff too! Dr. Thompson and her staff are always on the ball! We have 3 dogs 2 cats (one of which was a feral kitten and can get pure wicked in a hurry) and two horses. Everybody loves to go to the vet. I've had all kinds of animals for over 50 years and nobody ever liked the vet's office very well.
