Very friendly and seems knowledgeable. Services my pets have received thus far have been affordably priced. Only issue I've had is a refusal from this vet for a written prescription and being told that providing a written prescription is not their policy. Pretty sure that once a relationship is established a written prescription on request is an obligation a vet in Ky must perform. Medication from this vet is nearly twice as high as other sources and vet has not offered to price match so a written prescription is a must. Services would receive a higher star rating if not for the prescription/cost of med issue. That's HUGE since chances of a pet getting sick, needing surgery, or meds always exist. I'll change vets if this policy doesn't change.
Update: Ultimately did get approval to purchase medication from someone other than them. After the hassle I decided to change vets anyway.

The people at Bannon Woods are excellent at what they do, they're friendly and courteous, and they really care about you and your furbaby. When my cat passed away from kidney failure (there was nothing anyone could do), they were very respectful when they put her to sleep, and I got a card from them a couple days later from all of the vets and the techs. It was really sweet and helped me heal from the loss of my baby. Whenever I'm there for anything they always ask how I am and how my family is, including the cats. It's awesome because my cats aren't scared of the vet anymore!

Great facility ready to handle anything. Simple test are done on sight, no waiting days to get the answers you need. Staff is phenomenal. With 3 large dogs I'm so glad we found them.

Amazing staff & facility! My chocolate cocker just had surgery there a few weeks ago & they took very good care of her. If you think you don't have the money they try to get you set up with a type of vet medical credit & if paid off within 6 months there's no interest. I'll never take my animals anywhere else.

The people at Bannon Woods are excellent at what they do, they're friendly and courteous, and they really care about you and your furbaby. When my cat passed away from kidney failure (there was nothing anyone could do), they were very respectful when they put her to sleep, and I got a card from them a couple days later from all of the vets and the techs. It was really sweet and helped me heal from the loss of my baby. Whenever I'm there for anything they always ask how I am and how my family is, including the cats. It's awesome because my cats aren't scared of the vet anymore!
