This was one of the best grooming experiences I have had. we have a 12Yr. Old Yorkie who has not been well and has trouble standing but was in need of a grooming in a very bad way. The staff was absolutely amazing with her, so kind and caring. They were so able to squeeze in today and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little princess we will definitely be back.

2nd visit: went back. Again my regular vet not available. Needed nail care for my cat. They were available. They were great I called ahead and they were very friendly on the phone so then I walked in and they were very nice they treated my cat very well and at a reasonable price to I'm glad I chanced it and went back.
1st visit: My regular vet was unavailable. I needed help with my cat. It was my first visit here. The vet that met with us was very forceful. She told me of the many proceedures and vaccinations with their high costs my cat is in need of. Did not really help with consern we went in for. Very cold and overwhelming. Wont go back.

Had a great experience taking my lab/beagle mix to get a bath and nails trimmed. The staff was so friendly and helpful and seemed to really love what they do. We will definitely be back!!!

Yesterday our dog died of cancer which she supposedly had since she was a puppy. We would bring her in to petwow for her annual check up ever since we got her from SAAP two years ago. Every time they'...
Yesterday our dog died of cancer which she supposedly had since she was a puppy. We would bring her in to petwow for her annual check up ever since we got her from SAAP two years ago. Every time they'd just inject her with her shots and say she was perfectly healthy. When we asked them about our concerns of her weird behavior(constant urination and defication, aggressive when stomach touched, and other factors) they'd shrug it off and say it was anxiety and normal. They obviously were wrong since those were apparently all symptoms of the cancer tumor growing in her stomach. Sadly due to the failure of PetWow properly addressing all possibilities of our pets concerning behavior a puppy has died young and been taken away by cancer which could've been treated if properly address when our concerns were brought to them.

We entered the store and waited for receptionist to finish personal conversation with friend. We were totally ignored so we left. She never acknowledge our presence in the store. wow!

This was one of the best grooming experiences I have had. we have a 12Yr. Old Yorkie who has not been well and has trouble standing but was in need of a grooming in a very bad way. The staff was absolutely amazing with her, so kind and caring. They were so able to squeeze in today and did a wonderful job. They were great I called ahead and they were very friendly on the phone so then I walked in and they were very nice they treated my cat very well and at a reasonable price to I'm glad I chanced it and went back.
