Our new pup loved it here! Friendly staff; we were immediately taken into a room; and the wait time for the vet was minimal! Very happy to have a local vet place we can trust and count on!

I've been bringing my cats here for at lest 10 years. I now live in my RV in TX but each spring I return to G-town to visit friends and I always make appointments to take the cats in for their shots...
I've been bringing my cats here for at lest 10 years. I now live in my RV in TX but each spring I return to G-town to visit friends and I always make appointments to take the cats in for their shots and so they can visit their favorite vet . Everyone at this place is great and really care about your pets.

Best Pets Animal Clinic is great! They are always kind and compassionate with our fur babies. When we had to have our oldest Maltese, Molly, put to sleep they went above and beyond for us and the care of our sick little girl. Dr. Parr is amazing and a great vet and the whole staff is wonderful! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Well if i could giv 0 stars i would! Best pets? Not..... my dog is laying here dying in my kitchen floor and not a single place in this town will see him on an emergency basis.... i get paid well over...

I couldn't have had a better experience with Best Pets. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the friendliness of the staff, to the way my dogs were treated as if they were the only patients...it was such a nice experience. For me, it's so nice to call a doctor or vet and get through on the first call, or not be put on hold for ten minutes. I've had a lot of this lately. Also, they apparently have $99 dental cleanings in Jan and Feb. I barely missed out on this, but I'll likely still have it done. Thank you, Dr. Parr!

We had a emergency with our little Yorkie Dr Erica Berman-Thacker was very quick to take Ozzy back and look him over to see the extent of his injuries. She is very willing to help where she can to let you know the best options for the pet and to help with the cost of the vet bill.. Very professional and in my opinion she is in the vet business for the right reasons. Thats to help keep the pet with the owners and provide the pet with the best out come.

Everyone at this clinic is nice, caring and very knowledgable. I was extremely nervous about caring for my diabetic cat but they made me feel very comfortable. I am now confident I can handle this situation. With their excellent care, my cat is now enjoying things he couldn't do before having this disease diagnosed. I highly recommend this clinic.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Best Pets. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the friendliness of the staff, to the way my dogs were treated as if they were the only patients...it was such a nice experience. For me, it's so nice to call a doctor or vet and get through on the first call, or not be put on hold for ten minutes. I've had a lot of this lately. Also, they apparently have $99 dental cleanings in Jan and Feb. I barely missed out on this, but I'll likely still have it done. Thank you, Dr. Parr!
