I brought my dog here after a friend recommended them and while they were always very nice and easy to reach, they misdiagnosed him pretty significantly. After months of x-rays, rest, chiro, acupuncture and the like, I took him to the veterinary hospital at OSU for a neurological exam, at which point they correctly diagnosed him as having a ruptured cruciate (which I had asked explicitly about twice before and was reassured both times that it couldn't be). At that point, the damage was bad enough that he needed the TPLO and has a higher risk than normal for tearing the other leg. I don't necessarily hold the diagnosis against them because I know medicine can be an inexact science at the best of times and he may have needed the surgery regardless, but I'm a bit disappointed they didn't give more consideration to the correct diagnosis, especially given how common the injury is in labs. Overall, it meant hundreds of dollars in unnecessary visits and treatments for me (not easy on a college student budget) and months of pain for him (a far bigger deal to me). They are nice and I think they genuinely care about the animals they treat, but I won't be returning. Read Less
