I have always taken my animals here!!! They are loving, caring, and always treats your animals like their own. They will help you with cost just as long as your pet gets the best care possible and get what they need. I have two English Bulldogs, a Pomeranian and 3 cats who see Dr. Werner and she is totally amazing!!! My animals love her and she takes amazing care of them. She is WONDERFUL!!!

Dr. Werner is very unprofessional. She placed us in a horrible situation with our dog after surgery. Don’t let her convince you to do multiple procedures on your pet at once to “ save you money” which...
Dr. Werner is very unprofessional. She placed us in a horrible situation with our dog after surgery. Don’t let her convince you to do multiple procedures on your pet at once to “ save you money” which was still 3 times the amount of money other vets charge in town. She will put you in a situation to where you will have no choice but to hospitalize your pet or let them suffer. This happened to us after she decided she needed to pull couple teeth which ended up being 8 teeth during a bladder surgery. She then discharged our dog home with oral (pill form) medication same day. Obviously our dog wouldn’t eat or drink from the pain. She left him to suffer and then placed the blame on me for unsuccessfully giving him his medication. She then told me I was incompetent of caring for our dog and she will have to hospitalized him. If I would of known she was going to pull all of those teeth I would of told her to do it a different time. Common sense you can’t pull 8 teeth out and expect him to take pills!!! She set us up for a unsuccessful discharge and put our dog through hell.

The vet was extremely rude I do not recommend her to anybody! I refuse to go back. Absolutely horrible they should be disgusted by the poor customer service.

We have been taking our animals to Dr. Werner since she opened her practice here. The first thing you will notice when you walk in the door is how clean it is. NO BAD SMELLS! Dogs and cats will be napping or wandering around, often come to greet you and maybe sit on your lap. This doctor and her staff have always been extremely well trained, professional, and caring. Our pets can't wait to get in the door! Dr. Werner truly has a gift with animals unlike anyone I've ever met. She has trained her staff in her high standards of care and to assist in providing the best of care to all of God's creatures that enter her doors. We've seen her go miles out her way to rescue an animal that others have wanted to put down. She is compassionate, understanding, and loving. Henderson is lucky to have this remarkable doctor here.

I have always taken my animals here!!! They are loving, caring, and always treats your animals like their own. They will help you with cost just as long as your pet gets the best care possible and get what they need.
