Doc Johnson is the best veterinarian I know he is taking care of my animals for years they are my babies and he knows that they have my heart and he would do anything in his power to take care of them we had to put one of our Huskies down not too long ago and he cried I think as much as I did it was when we had rescued that had heartworms but it was too he was too far gone. The staff there is unbelievable they're attentive they're extremely friendly and they help you with every need you ever thought it was possible

I was passing through visiting family and my dog got into poison and I called this office stating I was from out of town and my vet had told me to look for a local vet hoping they (this office) could get me in this day or help me with some information on what I could do or something because my dog is my family. Yet the lady on the phone just said they had nothing and they could maybe get her in the next day. Called Skyline and they got me in right then and took care of her! So run a office for animals they don't seem too concerned for the care of them.

I travel a very long distance to have all my dogs and pups seen by Dr. Johnson and his staff. I am very picky when it comes to who treats my babies... I've been going here for at least 5+ years and I'll never go any where else unless I'm in another state. Everyone at Mansfield Animal Hospital is very polite and competent! I've had my dogs and pups seen and treated there for just about everything an active canine would need a vet for, like; vaccinations, meds, stitches, eye conditions, ear crops, dew claw removal, broken bones, surgeries, lab work, x-rays, ultrasounds, boarding, a couple late night emergencies, etc. And each time I've left, I have been very happy with the fair pricing and satisfied with the great, friendly service I receive. But more importantly... My dogs LOVE everyone there!

They assist me with Betty Boop being up to date on shots and being spay the 1st of Sep 2015. She was a Rescue through Max's Hope - and the coordination between them and Tammy/Phyllis at Max's Hope was phenominal. And they kept me informed with every step. I have used this vet for all three of my pets. I have been through puppy vaccinations, deworming, microchips, etc. I have also been through two emergencies of a leg infection and kennel cough. I have had two of my pets, a cat and dog, both neutered with Mansfield. I have been using them for over two years. I could not be happier with their service. The staff is competent, friendly and professional. Prices are beyond reasonable. It is worth the 40 minute drive for me to know that I am going to a place that I trust and that I know I won't be taken advantage of. They also regularly work with Max's Hope Pet Rescue to give back to their community. I respect that. I wanted to leave my experience for those who may potentially decide to use them. Thank you.

Known them for over 20 years and Mansfield Animal Hospital has done EVERYTHING for every pet my family has had over the years from surgeries, well check ups and pet products. Doc and his staff give 110% all the time, even in the middle of the night in horrible weather conditions. He may as well be a pediatrician because that's the way he takes care of our fur babies and loves them. He may not remember your name the 2nd or 3rd time you see him, BUT, I guarantee he knows your fur babies name!

I took my cat here to be neutered and the staff was rude and unprofessional when I dropped him off and picked him up. The woman at the desk jerked the cat carrier out of my hands with no warning, and when he cried she harshly asked if he was mean. He was obviously scared. When I went to pick him up, the employees showed no interest in my cat or anything I had to say. They were very cold during every interaction with them. Plus, I received absolutely no instructions on how to care for my cat after his surgery. I have never had such a bad experience at a vet's office and I have no interest in exposing either of my pets to it again.

They only charged me for her pain meds since it wasn't broken. These people are awesome!!

This is my first message but I must say I have had nothing but positive experiences with this vet clinic. They get me in quick for appointments. Work around my schedule and unlike others on this site the vet had a wonderful manner with the dogs. My full grown lab had no problems, he talks to the animals and he cuddled my puppy when we got a new dog. They have a dog and cat in the office wandering around, which I love because it shows that they're pet owners and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and interested in your pets. I love them, the best part is that they're reasonably priced. I took in my puppy for vaccinations, came home and my lab (who has food allergies) got into the garbage and had broken out in a huge rash and they took me right back in and didn't charge me for another office visit even though it was two office visits. They're great!

IF your dog barks you should not take them here. We have a rather large dog and when we went for his checkup the ladies up front were petting him and loving on him. Our dog loves being petted but he has a slight issue with males since he we saved him from a previous male owner. The staff was fully aware of this and we expected him to be musselled. When we were asked to come back to the room the doctor never even said anything to us. He picked up the needle and started walking toward our dog. When the dog barked he turned around put the needle down and told us to leave. He said they dont take vicious animals. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. He barked....most dogs bark! He gave us no explanation and just walked out. We were shocked at the service and the way the doctor handled the situation!!

They were extremely low cost compared to vets in Clarksville. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a good vet!

Doc Johnson is the best veterinarian I know he is taking care of my animals for years they are my babies and he knows that they have my heart and he would do anything in his power to take care of them we had to put one of our Huskies down not too long ago and he cried I think as much as I did it was when we had rescued that had heartworms but it was too he was too far gone. The staff there is unbelievable they're attentive they're extremely friendly and they help you with every need you ever thought it was possible

I was passing through visiting family and my dog got into poison and I called this office stating I was from out of town and my vet had told me to look for a local vet hoping they (this office) could get me in this day or help me with some information on what I could do or something because my dog is my family. Yet the lady on the phone just said they had nothing and they could maybe get her in the next day. Called Skyline and they got me in right then and took care of her! So run a office for animals they don't seem too concerned for the care of them.

I travel a very long distance to have all my dogs and pups seen by Dr. Johnson and his staff. I am very picky when it comes to who treats my babies... I've been going here for at least 5+ years and I'll never go any where else unless I'm in another state. Everyone at Mansfield Animal Hospital is very polite and competent! I've had my dogs and pups seen and treated there for just about everything an active canine would need a vet for, like; vaccinations, meds, stitches, eye conditions, ear crops, dew claw removal, broken bones, surgeries, lab work, x-rays, ultrasounds, boarding, a couple late night emergencies, etc. And each time I've left, I have been very happy with the fair pricing and satisfied with the great, friendly service I receive. But more importantly... My dogs LOVE everyone there!

They assist me with Betty Boop being up to date on shots and being spay the 1st of Sep 2015. She was a Rescue through Max's Hope - and the coordination between them and Tammy/Phyllis at Max's Hope was phenominal. And they kept me informed with every step. I have used this vet for all three of my pets. I have been through puppy vaccinations, deworming, microchips, etc. I have also been through two emergencies of a leg infection and kennel cough. I have had two of my pets, a cat and dog, both neutered with Mansfield. I have been using them for over two years. I could not be happier with their service. The staff is competent, friendly and professional. Prices are beyond reasonable. It is worth the 40 minute drive for me to know that I am going to a place that I trust and that I know I won't be taken advantage of. They also regularly work with Max's Hope Pet Rescue to give back to their community. I respect that. I wanted to leave my experience for those who may potentially decide to use them. Thank you.

Known them for over 20 years and Mansfield Animal Hospital has done EVERYTHING for every pet my family has had over the years from surgeries, well check ups and pet products. Doc and his staff give 110% all the time, even in the middle of the night in horrible weather conditions. He may as well be a pediatrician because that's the way he takes care of our fur babies and loves them. He may not remember your name the 2nd or 3rd time you see him, BUT, I guarantee he knows your fur babies name!

I took my cat here to be neutered and the staff was rude and unprofessional when I dropped him off and picked him up. The woman at the desk jerked the cat carrier out of my hands with no warning, and when he cried she harshly asked if he was mean. He was obviously scared. When I went to pick him up, the employees showed no interest in my cat or anything I had to say. They were very cold during every interaction with them. Plus, I received absolutely no instructions on how to care for my cat after his surgery. I have never had such a bad experience at a vet's office and I have no interest in exposing either of my pets to it again.

This is the first place I have been to that didn t get all defensive about it. I bought some frontline there anyway because the prices are really good.

When I thought she broke her arm I called while on the way to their office, they took her right in as soon as we got in the door! The vet ended up just popping it back into place. They only charged me for her pain meds since it wasn't broken. These people are awesome!!

This is my first message but I must say I have had nothing but positive experiences with this vet clinic. They get me in quick for appointments. Work around my schedule and unlike others on this site the vet had a wonderful manner with the dogs. My full grown lab had no problems, he talks to the animals and he cuddled my puppy when we got a new dog. They have a dog and cat in the office wandering around, which I love because it shows that they're pet owners and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and interested in your pets. I love them, the best part is that they're reasonably priced. I took in my puppy for vaccinations, came home and my lab (who has food allergies) got into the garbage and had broken out in a huge rash and they took me right back in and didn't charge me for another office visit even though it was two office visits. They're great!

IF your dog barks you should not take them here. We have a rather large dog and when we went for his checkup the ladies up front were petting him and loving on him. Our dog loves being petted but he has a slight issue with males since he we saved him from a previous male owner. The staff was fully aware of this and we expected him to be musselled. When we were asked to come back to the room the doctor never even said anything to us. He picked up the needle and started walking toward our dog. When the dog barked he turned around put the needle down and told us to leave. He said they dont take vicious animals. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. He barked....most dogs bark! He gave us no explanation and just walked out. We were shocked at the service and the way the doctor handled the situation!!
