They are very gentle with the animals and tell you about every possible outcome to your cats injury or illness so you're€ not surprised if the worst is to come, but very relieved if the worst does not...

True Story: When I went to the Animal Hospital for my cats injured leg, they told me the worst that could happen is that we amputate it. Thank goodness her leg is healing on its own with the help of easy medication.
