Everyone in the clinic is always so friendly and helpful. They have seen my dog a couple of times on short notice if she has been sick with no problems. She is always so sweet to both of my dogs and she always explains what she will be doing and how much it will cost before anything is done. We've been taking our dogs to Broadway Vet Clinic for several years. We keep coming back because our dogs have always received the best care --both for everyday, routine things, and for serious, life-threatening conditions. i gave it a 1 star beause i couldnt go any lower the boarding rate has doubled since the last time i was there but the facilites havent improved. i had my dog treated for worms before she got there but they didnt give the treatment time to take effect and treated her again. i asked for an estimate including tags and was told after i picked her up they didnt do tags rabies shot was $34. in short my high end estimate of 150 low end about 90 . wound up costing me $259. next time ill board her with the city .i had to go to see my near death mother so i was desperate. Broadway Vet Clinic is the best I've ever visited- hands down! Everyone there cares for my dog (bassett hound) just like he is part of their own family. Dr, Ringle is fantastic! During my last visit, she told me she knew she wanted to be a Vet from the time she was 4 years old and she is now living her dream. I can tell just from talking to her that she loves what she does and even more than that, she loves animals. I just wanted to let everyone know that Dr Black and his staff are some of the most carring ppl you will ever meet.We lost our dog of 18 yrs two days before Christmas. we were out of town and had no idea who to call a local vet sugessed that we try the internet.But this made us very nervouse.I mean our animales are our children.But when we call and the ans mach said that if they were closed to call AA emergency and that they would store the body till we could deside what to do. On christmas eve I called Dr Black and he ansered the phone.After a short conversation I set up meeting him 12/26..still not sure what we wanted to do..take her home to let them handel it..after meeting Cheryl our mind was put at ease..she handeled everything with the care and concern we wanted..she made sure we were thinking of everything and even sugessed things we hadn't thought of...and can't express how much we appreciate all there help..when you need to handel your pets last arrangments..you can't do better than here..when I need this sevice in the future no matter were we are..we will use Broadway Veterarian..I only wish we lived closer to them so they could be our family vet...they are the best!!!!!..again thank you all so much for your help Read Less
