I LOVE this animal clinic. After moving me and my two kitties to Louisville in late 2019, I was lucky to settle in a location nearest to this clinic. It just so happened that this was the closest animal clinic to me, but I later realized how fortunate I was to have them as my vet office. After moving, my most precious cat was diagnosed with diabetes. As a 22 year old man, I didn't really know what to do with that... Dr Meyer and ALL of the technicians on site have gone above and beyond to help me through this. When my cat has a good blood glucose level, they are genuinely excited and invested in his well-being. They recently had an cat up for adoption which they casually nicknamed after my cat, due to the relationship that we built together. During the COVID-19 pandemic they have taken appropriate measures to come out to my car, disinfect the carrier, and treat my cat, then take payment over the phone. I couldn’t ask for a better animal clinic. Dont know what I would do without this office and team of staff!! Much love!

The first time I went to this vet was for immunizations for my dog and cat. They had given me a quote over the phone for $125-$150 I believe. The vet brought up a variety of “issues” with both animals...
The first time I went to this vet was for immunizations for my dog and cat. They had given me a quote over the phone for $125-$150 I believe. The vet brought up a variety of “issues” with both animals - allergies being one. When I said that I usually use 1800petmeds for my pets she seemed irked and offended and said that I need to get them on the meds NOW and do that for the next go around. I agreed to it for them. All in all, We ended up with a bill over $700!!!! I had to use a credit card! Never once did she mention how much anything extra was going to cost. I had no idea it would that much! Since then I’ve had issues and delays from their clinic when I’ve gotten the prescriptions filled thru petmed every time. Their delays have cost my dog 10days off his meds! They’ve called us in for a “check up” before filling. This last time they required a blood test before filling. I asked for a price on that and they’ve never called me back. Turns out after researching that the allergy med they have my dog on has been known to break down immunity and cause cancer! I am now using natural supplements for my dog and I’ve seen improvements almost immediately. Wouldn’t wish the same experience on anyone!

My dog buddy and l have been a client for two years. The staff is excellent and the doctor is so patient and has such a gentle bedside manor. She is very talented and educated in her field I don't know the words to express it any better...I will always take my companion animal to this office for their care and medical needs . There is slot of clinics around closer to me that I could go too. I'll drive a hundred miles if needed to take buddy to this clinic so he could be treated like family instead of just a bill of receipt for services rendered. Thank you for reading this and please take your pet too someone who actually cares.....

I hate giving this a bad review because Dr Meyer has usually been so good and caring, but her staff is the worst. We made an appt for our cancer laden cat of 17 years to be put down. Fifteen minutes before the appointment (once we’d prepped him and said goodbyes privately) we received a call saying it would be another 2 and a half hours as they were busy. My husband went to the practice to see if there was paperwork that could be done in advance as we were all in so much pain. The receptionist couldn’t handle it and said we’d have to talk to the vet, when the tech (I guess who that was) yelled at him that he’d have to wait until the appt. and would see them then. Avoid.

Dr. Meyer is a brilliant, highly qualified and truly compassionate veterinarian. She is a no-declaw vet, which means she will not mutilate cats for money (declawing is illegal in the rest of the world because it is very harmful to cats and has absolutely no benefit for the cat; it is the painful amputation of cats' toes at the first knuckle, which leaves them in chronic pain for the rest of their lives, and is considered mutilation and animal cruelty in countries which have banned it). Dr. Meyer's top priority is her animal patient to whom she has vowed as a vet "to do no harm." She and the staff did a wonderful job with my cat, Stella, who had needed a dental cleaning last Summer and had to have four teeth extracted because they were decaying and causing her a lot of pain. They kept me posted on how she was doing and were always available to answer questions or concerns. If I left a message with the receptionist, a member of the staff always called me back right away. They even offered me a payment plan for the cleaning if I needed one. Stella did great and is a whole other cat after her dental cleaning because Dr. Meyer and her staff took wonderful care of her and she is now pain-free and happy. I highly recommend this animal hospital to all pet parents for the loving care of their fur babies, especially to cat lovers like me who want a humane no-declaw vet!

I LOVE this animal clinic. After moving me and my two kitties to Louisville in late 2019, I was lucky to settle in a location nearest to this clinic. It just so happened that this was the closest animal clinic to me, but I later realized how fortunate I was to have them as my vet office. We love Dr. Meyer and her staff to pieces--we've used their boarding and grooming services as well as the veterinary clinic and have always been nothing but thrilled. They are kind and compassionate and such a blessing for us and our dogs

I was very impressed when I brought my new puppy in to have his first exam. Dr. Meyer was very precise and caring. Extremely satisfied with prices and barely waited any time at all to be seen. I will definitely be returning to FLAC and I highly recommed them to all dog/cat owners!
