I woke up and found about 15 large areas of blood. I called my Vet but it was 12/31 and they were full. After I explained what was going on, they let me bring my dog in. In a short period of time, they called and told me that he was really sick and would require 7/24 care. I had to pick him up and take him too Metropolitan. My Vet called them and gave their Vet a little history and said we were coming over ASAP, Because of COVID precautions, we were to stay in the car. I called them to let them know we were there. The staff that answered was super nice and took my information. She told me to call back if my dog's status changed and they would try to get him in sooner. The parking lot was full, so I knew it would be a while. About 11/2 hours later my dog had another large bleeding episode. He was more lethargic and his breathing had changed to short, irregular breaths. I called them and updated his condition. I was told there was 1 dog in front of me and then it would be our turn. I reminded them that I was told they would get him in if he was experiencing more problems. They said that I had to wait my turn. I then watched someone come out to the car next to me, and got a dog that walked into the ER. I waited a few more minutes watching my dog getting weaker and bleeding. I stormed through the front door and yelled, "I'm not going to sit in my car and watch my dog die!" One of the staff members told me to go back to my car, no one was allowed in there except staff. I said I would leave when someone came out to help. A tech grabbed a clipboard and said she would go. She glanced at my dog and then started asking me what happened? Did he injure himself, had he gotten into the trash? By this time, I wanted to scream (well actually I think I did). I told her my Vet had called their Vet and gave her a history and labs. She became angry with me and told me they needed more information. I assured her that I would answer all he questions after they got him back there to help him. She picked him up and he laid over her arm unable to lift his head. About 5-10 minutes a female Vet called to say he was in critical condition and would require intense care. I told her to do whatever she could to help him. I started to drive home and I got a call from the desk telling me that I had to give a $1000. deposit for his care. I told her that I was driving and could I call her back. She said, 'Well, we can't start treatment until we get the money'. So, I pulled off the road and read her my credit card number. The Vet called after I got home. She was very kind and explained that he was a very sick boy, 'and the next 24 hours would tell us if he has a chance to live' I again told her that we wanted everything done for him. She said that she didn't mean to keep talking about money, but that it could get expensive. Long story short, each day he got better after an NG tube, 2units of blood products, IV's, meds and more. Each day Dr Smith updated us and answered all our questions. They discharged him on the 3rd day and it took him about another week to be his active, crazy 3-year-old self! I loved the Vets, but the staff needs to come up with a triage system that works. They were matter of fact about their rules and showed very poor judgement with priority of care. There is no doubt in my mind that if I had waited any longer, he would have died. Read Less

BEWARE! They killed my dog. I took my 9 year old Australian Shepherd to see Dr. Catherine Daley in internal medicine after being referred by my vet for breathing problems. We agreed on a CT scan, rhinoscopy, and potentially a biopsy if she found suspicious lesions in his nasal passages. She did the scope, there were irritated areas, but she was pretty certain it was rhinitis and no cancer was present. She continued with the biopsies anyway. When my dog was waking up in recovery the spots that she biopsied began to bleed again. They put him back under, his heart stopped and they were unable to get him back. The biopsies later confirmed no cancer. I think that they overdosed him on propofol. They did not offer an autopsy and we were too shocked/upset to think about it until the next day when it was too late. I believe she only did the biopsy to increase our vet bill as it requires an overnight stay, additional lab work, etc. She has no bed side manner and we were not allowed access to our dog's chart or her notes - it took several weeks to get the full picture of what happened. Go to Blue Pearl I wish I had. Read Less

We're from out of town and found a stray cat who clearly seemed to be an owned pet based on her demeanor. Took her in to this vet (was after midnight on a Saturday), explained the situation, and the first thing they said was "we can scan her for a microchip but we can't keep her here.". I get it - people probably try to surrender pets to them all the time, sometimes in sneaky ways. And that sucks. But it doesn't matter. They need to be better. We told them that we were from out of town and had nowhere to keep her, and they gave precisely zero f*cks. We ended up breaking the rules of our Airbnb to keep the kitty, and thankfully were able to find her owner before we had to take her to a shelter. I understand that emergency vets deal with extremely difficult situations. But that's what you sign up for in this line of work. Do better. Read Less

This place was very disappointing. I first arrived when my dog got into his stitches. The place took care of us well and were detailed on what all they did for him. This next time, not so much. This time I arrived here because my dog got attacked by another dog. Thankfully he was okay for the most part but they gave him a cone to wear. They informed me of everything they found and told me they did a full body exam (which cost about $100). About 30 minutes after of being home, I notice blood on his cone. There was a bite they missed! I wasn't even trying to look for anymore marks and found this. I came back and they shaved the section of the bite, cleaned it up and said with the medicine they already gave me that he will be fine. The next day I found another bite, again, without even looking or just simply petting him. I went back to have them look and this time I asked them not to cut the hair. After waiting, they bring him back with a big shaved area. I realize that's not as big of a deal but the fact that I requested them not to irritated. Then they charged me again. If I was able to unintentionally find two nice sized bite marks after this expensive exam they had, WHAT ELSE DID THEY MISS??!! Will not come here again. Read Less

This is a review of the specialty ophthalmology services at Metropolitan Veterinary Specialists. When my kitty cat had some worsening issues in only one eye, I knew that it was time to get things checked out. After getting a referral to Metropolitan through a friend, I called to find out what I would need. I scheduled an appointment for a few weeks out (later due to both the vet's schedule as well as my own), got a referral from my primary vet, and prepared my little one for the dreaded trip in the "pet taxi". Dr Clark is the ophthalmology specialist at Metropolitan, and as of writing this review, I've already recommended him to someone else. He has a great demeanor with pets and people alike. He takes time to draw illustrations of the eye to demonstrate what is occurring, answers questions, and outlines the plan and follow up fully yet concisely. He also gave us options for treatment and talked through the pros and cons of each. While kitty may not like going to the vet any better, I can rest easy knowing that we are in great hands once we get there. Read Less

I give a 3 because I've had great & awful experiences here. With my boxer, Bella she had a massive stroke one Sunday morning while playing with the kids. I rushed her straight to Metro. They were cold & uncaring. As far as medical treatment 110% they give the best. But part of a vet is talking to the pet parent & having empathy for the situation. You don't get that here. Yes. It's expensive it's emergency vet care. Sticker shock is going to happen. I have 4 dogs & 13 cats. All rescues. Late one night our 8 week old kitten got injured when my daughter slipped on the kitchen floor & fell on her. She was bleeding from her ears & nose & crying. I had her to Metro in 13 minutes. That night they were GREAT!! Caring. Understanding. These kittens are like children to my teen daughter. Literally. Our angel Leo was rushed into surgery. Sadly she didn't make it through but they let my daughter say goodbye. They felt our pain. The doctor & staff were excellent. Lets face it folks, taking your Pet to an Emergency Clinic is painful both mentally and financially. Only Pet owners know how close the bond can be between Animal and Human. My Pets are my family so it breaks my heart to see one of them in pain. So when my Cat needed emergency surgery for a Urinary tract blockage I took him to see the good people at MVES and I'm glad I did. We took Butterbean in on a Saturday afternoon. They weren't sure if they could do the surgery before Monday. Three hours after dropping him off, I got a call for Dr. Royals. They would be operating that same evening. He said if all went well, we could pick him up the next day. Dr. Royals called me at 11 p.m. that evening to say the surgery went perfectly and my round mound of a Feline would be ready to be picked up the next day. Dr. Royals was wonderful, I can't say enough about his compassion and professionalism. We were initially quoted $3,000-$4,000  for the procedure. Since they were able to operate the same day, it only cost us $2,800. This is the second time I had to bring a pet to MVES. On both occasions they did their best to keep the costs to a minimum. Hopefully this story had a happy ending. My Cat is two days post-op, and seems to be doing well. He's getting back to his asshole self (all Cats have a lot of asshole in them) and should be as good as new in no time. A big Thank you to everyone at Metropolitan Veterinary Emergency Service for helping us get our Butterbean back. Read Less

As a local dog rescue that frequently takes on dogs with serious needs, we have relied on MVSES more times than we can count for everything from intestinal blockages to emergency back surgery and everything in between. Our dogs (both rescue and personal) have received treatment from every doctor at one time or another and have been cared for by every tech and staff member at the practice. We would not take our rescue dogs or our personal dogs anywhere else for emergency and specialty needs. The level of expertise and the quality of care and service has been beyond compare for years, no exceptions. For obvious reasons, the care can cost more than primary care, but the level of DVM training, the degree of technology and the 24 hour care/observation is worth the extra cost and MVSES is no more expensive than other urban emergency/specialty practices. Side note: the reviews that complain about MVSES requiring a deposit prior to an expensive procedure must be unaware of how common it is for dog owners to fail to pay and/or to abandon their animals when they cannot pay. We see it often. Read Less

Go here if your pet needs emergency medical care!Wow, what a skilled medical staff. This is the place to go if your pet needs emergency care. I would absolutely trust them to provide the best care possible to my pet. On Sunday afternoon, my brother's 12-week-old puppy Woodford ingested a small amount of laundry detergent from a Tide pod. After calling poison control, they were told not to worry unless he vomited. Shortly after, he began vomiting thick, soap-like liquid. It was so thick that he choked and aspirated on the liquid, inhaling soap into his lungs. My brother and his wife rushed him to Metropolitan right away. On the ride, his breathing became alarmly short, shallow, and labored. As soon as they walked in, the staff was on top of everything. They wasted no time. They announced a triage situation over the speakers and immediately rushed Woodford to the back to perform emergency medical care. The doctor and nurses were informative and caring. They provided updates throughout the process. By this point, my entire family was at Metro Vet.At first, Woodford's chances of survival were slim (less than 10%). This situation was very rare and difficult to treat. We were told that a situation like this was likely fatal. The staff had zero experience with this. I must say, Dr. Higgs is highly intelligent and capable. She acted quickly and logically in a foriegn situation. As I said, I would absolutely trust her with my pet's life. She chose the best plan of care possible for Woodford. Slowly but surely, without going into too many lengthly details, things started to turn around and his lungs began to clear the soap/foam.Woodford is expected to make a full recovery, and my entire family is so incredibly thankful for the doctors and staff at Metropolitan. An emergency situation involving your pet is a highly emotional, stressful, and sensitive time. Based on our experience, Dr. Higgs and the staff at Metro is who I would trust in a time like this. This is a group of skilled, intelligent, and capable people. We cannot thank you enough for the effort that you put into saving baby Woodford. Read Less

I should have written this review a long time ago, but better late than never as Metropolitan Veterinary Emergency Service deserves the best of reviews.  (My cat has recently succumbed to the urinary issues he was having and I am catching up on well-deserved reviews of all the care he received along the way.  As we are full-time travelers, Linden had been in the care of several great docs during his journey.)  We had brought our cat in to Metropolitan the fall of 2014 as an emergency.  He was suffering from the consequences of negligent care he received two days previously from a different clinic.  Dr Bachmann and her staff provided exceptionally high-quality care to him, saving his life.  He was in their care for a two night visit.  I believe the cost of this visit, for emergency, life-saving care was extremely reasonable.   Costs may seem high to some people but you have to remember that this is a 24-hour facility.  There is somebody watching your dearly loved pet at all times.  That is so important when dealing with a very sick animal.  To compare: charges would have been three to four times higher for the same care in the state of California!  (We had doctored there also and know this to be a fact.)  Thank you so much to all involved in the care of my cat.  I have learned to appreciate and highly value 24-hr care service providers. *Warning do not read if you are very sensitive about sick animals!!!!*Metropolitan cared for my Suzi girl months before she passed away. They gave us all the options available for treatment when they finally did find that she had a tumor in her bladder. When the day did come I had to say goodbye to Suzi, I choose Metro to have her put to sleep(It was a Saturday and I didn't have a whole lot of options anyhow) They walked me through every step of the process and how she would feel. As traumatic an experience as this was, the staff was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Yes, it's expensive, but any hospital for humans or animals is. They even sent me a card after the passing of Suzi. God forbid I ever have any more emergencies with my fur babies, this is where IMll be heading. Read Less

Phenomenal place! My dog had intervertebral disc disease, also known as a ruptured back disc. To be completely honest, I was at  the end of my road prior to finding Metropolitan. I had witnessed my dog go from vet to vet, receive hospitalization, given excessive amounts of pain pills and endure an unbearable degree of pain. I was finally recommended to Metropolitan vet specialist. I was pessimistic, I figured it would just be another attempt with no success. However from the moment I spoke to the Vet I felt different. She took me serious. She listened. She believed me without doubt when I expressed his pain. I left him there for an evaluation. An hour later the surgeon called and he in fact told me this was an emergency surgery. The neurological signs he was displaying needed immediate attention. He was honest about the surgery and me aware it was not a 100% success rate, but yet the best attempt at "success". Bosley had the surgery with Dr Royals. He was amazing. Kept me updated, answered all my questions and was extremely compassionate. It has been 7 weeks since his surgery, and I'm glad to say, he is back to himself!!!YES, this place is expensive! BUT, you pay for what you get!! I hate reading reviews of people complaining about the price of Metropolitan. They are specialist. They charge more, but your pet is in the best hands. They can perform surgeries and do test that no one or know where in Louisville can perform. Thank you metro for 1.) giving me hope, and for 2.) actually performing an exceptionally successful surgery! Read Less

I ended up here when, about a week or two after returning from vacation and picking my cats up from a boarding facility, one of them had continued to lose weight and gotten progressively more lethargic, which was very unusual for a very mischievous 5-year-old cat that still acts like a kitten. I took her to Cat Clinic of Louisville first, and they thought she might have developed diabetes, but she's a runt, so that seemed unlikely. They ran some tests and then told me to get to Metro Vet right away. I took her in and from Day 1 was really impressed with Dr. Campbell and the staff there. Dr. Campbell would call me with regular updates. They determined that she had developed fatty liver disease, most likely from the anxiety over the poor boarding experience and had stopped eating or drinking water while she was there, and her liver had started to shut down. They immediately put a tube in her so that she could get enough nutrients and kept her for five days to see how she did. When it was time to take her back home, they were very helpful in showing me how to administer the food myself. When she eventually developed an infection around the tube so that she was resisting the food, they decided to pull it early, and they accommodated me in coming prior to their opening hours to drop her off for removal as well as coming again another time so that someone could help me figure out how to administer the pills orally, since she was resisting that as well. They also ordered one of prescriptions to be compounded at a local pharmacy into a cream that was administered on the inside of the ear so that she wouldn't have as much to swallow, which really helped. They were up front about the cost, helped me figure out how to apply for CareCredit since I didn't have savings for vet hospital surgery and services, and I was glad that the cost ended up being at the low end of what Dr. Campbell had told me to expect on my first visit. I never felt rushed there, and I really appreciated that they allowed me time with Loci and encouraged pet owners to come by for visiting hours and hang out with their animals. The facility was clean, the staff competent, and they had some of the best pet photography I've ever seen at a vet. I only wish that the boarding facility I took her to had been up to this caliber. I hope to never need Metro's services again, but if I do, I'm sincerely glad they exist. Read Less

The Louisville area is extremely fortunate to have Metropolitan Veterinary Specialists!   A month ago, our canine companion Bear became acutely and severely incapacitated.  At first we (being our wonderful vet, Dr. Joan Evinger and my husband and I --two ER trained doctors!) suspected a spinal cord injury.  Dr. Evinger referred us to Metropolitan because of their comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services.  Bear was first seen by the Veterinary Surgeon Dr. Stephen Royal, who promptly determined that Bear did not have a spinal cord problem and transferred his care to Neurology.  Little did we know that Bear would be evaluated by one of the very few Neurologist Veterinarians in the country, Dr. Debbie Ruehlmann,  who very promptly determined that Bear had Myasthenia Gravis, and began treatment immediately.  While hospitalized, Bear's care assumed by Dr. Scott Campbell, whose excellent care in collaboration with Dr. Ruehlmann sheparded Bear through the difficult early days.  Their collaboration was exemplary!   Both Drs. Ruehlmann and Campbell kept us extremely well informed about Bear's treatment plan and progress, which went a very long way in soothing our great concern about Bear.  We also appreciate that after hours, Emergency Vet Dr. Todd Yates so kindly and promptly took the time to treat an unrelated minor problem.   Every single member of the Metropolitan staff that we encountered has been extremely courteous, helpful, cheerful, efficient, responsive, and loving to Bear.  It was so comforting to know every day that we were leaving him in such great hands.   Bear was cared for and well monitored 24/7 for six days. Given the extent and level of care that Bear received while hospitalized, we felt that the cost of his treatment was extremely reasonable. In fact, we can't imagine how with the care, services, and materials required that Metropolitan was able to cover their expenses!  We feel certain that the Drs. Royal, Campbell and Ruehlmann are very judicious in their testing, doing exactly what was necessary for Bear. Recovery from MG in dogs can take several months, so we are grateful that we are under the ongoing care of Drs. Ruehlmann.  Dr. Ruehlmann has been extremely thorough, wise and patient with us-which can't have been easy, as we were responsible for a couple of missteps along the path to his recovery.  (Drs. are indeed the worst patients.)  She has taken so much of her time working with us to balance Bear's treatment, working diligently to make his care as easy as possible for us and has been great at communicating with us every step.       We are absolutely convinced that it was this early, and expert intervention, flawless management and great supportive care of everyone at Metropolitan Veterinary Specialists that has resulted in our having our beloved Bear on his well on his way to full recovery. I've taken two rescue pets here this year. Once on an emergency basis per my vet, due to internal bleeding and once for a rescue dog who had a fractured bone. Both experiences were bad. The emergency doctor showed very little compassion and a lot of arrogance. Our beloved 13 year old dog was dying and we were trying to make a decision on how to proceed and make her comfortable and he acted as though discussing the decision as a family was taking too long and inconveniencing him. The second time our appt was made with the wrong Doctor even though both our regular vet and myself requested a specific vet and I even confirmed this appt myself. We paid $82 for an exam and the Dr. Did not even touch our dog. Didn't touch the injured bone or anything. He didn't get on the floor with her or put her on the table for an exam. I have been a vet tech at two different hospitals and had many foster and rescued pets over the years. I have never been so disappointed as I have been here. On two occasions I've left with little hope and a lot of tears and disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend MVS. Read Less

I don't want to be too mean while writing this review, although taking my dog here almost cost him his life. The Good:  The place is very clean, and the staff was nice. The vet was nice too. The Bad:  My 10 month old puppy woke up paralyzed in one leg.  I took him here, and they told me that he had a slipped disc, and the surgery was $5,000, but if I couldn't afford it I needed to put him down.  Well that really isn't something I could afford.  The vet told me I needed to make a decision this day because my baby would NEVER walk again, and if I didn't agree to the surgery right away there was no hope for my puppy.  I couldn't go through with euthanasia that minute- I needed a little more time to say goodbye and cope with this sudden tragedy- so he gave my pup a steroid shot for the SMALL chance it was something else and sent us home with no hope (the steroid shot also turned out to be a good thing, so I DO thank him for that!!)Guess what- I took him for a second opinion that night somewhere else (BluePearl animal hospital)  and the vet there diagnosed him with a Different & LESS SERIOUS condition, that the first vet didn't even mention.  It has been 3 DAYS and my puppy is out running around playing.  He is about 75% back to normal already!! It looks like he should be back perfect within the week. I think that the vet had good intentions I really do- And the steroid shot they gave did help in the end, so I'm grateful for that too- but If I had trusted them completely, I would have put my baby down that day.  I still cannot understand why they didn't even suggest the condition he turned out having (it is much more common for the type of breed my dog is, and requires no surgery to fix, it just gets better with time ).Again, this vet told me my dog would NEVER walk again... and its been three days and he is outside playing and running around. Just be cautious. Read Less

We had been clients of MVS for over 10 years. Dr. Daley has taken care of 5 of our dogs and we will forever be grateful for her.  The front desk receptionists, Misty and Suzie, have always been so friendly.  That's where the positive comments end.I'm going to keep this rather short, but really feel the need to warn others to be well informed, if your pet is being kept overnight, of the vet that will be taking the overnight shift.  Had I known that our dog was going to be under the care of a doctor like Monica Huerta, I would have taken her elsewhere.  After Dr. Daley left for the day, that's when our dog's life became unimportant.  She died approximately 4 hours after Dr. Daley left, under the "care" of Dr. Huerta.  Her demeanor was tacky and unprofessional and she was obscenely smug.  Unfortunately, we're very limited in Louisville for specialty/emergency care for our pets.  We'll be using Blue Pearl when we need that type of service again, in hopes of a much better experience. Luckily the dog was chipped but unfortunately the phone number associated with the chip had been disconnected. The office manager then looked up where the dog had been chipped and tried to contact that veterinarian directly to see if they had current contact information for the dogs owners... they were closed. At this point it was becoming clear the little guy was going to need a place to stay for the evening. Their staff began to call around to find a temporary foster home! We told them it was fine and that he could come and stay a few days with us. I went to metro animal clinic in Sept 2011 after being referred by my vet. My dog ate some string and had to have two surgeries, and after the second they found that she had an esophageal stricture (which basically means she can't swallow). I went to the hospital hopeful that this would be an easy fix. I got to metro, and the front desk was friendly they sent me back to a room quickly. When the vet came in she listen to what was going on with my dog for a couple a minutes and then started writing for an uncomfortable amount of time. When she finished she gave me a break down of the cost of my dogs surgery it was going to be 10 grand! I asked if there was a second option; because I simply couldn?t afford that, and she said LET HER STARVE TO DEATH. I have never been to a vet in my life that was so cold and heartless. So I left paid my $100 consult fee to a vet who didn?t even examine my dog! I went home crushed unsure what to do and started calling around. I talked to several vets all of them sympathetic to my situation, but none of them did this particular procedure that my dog needed. After doing research I tried giving my dog a liquid diet of Rebound (doggie pedilite), which gave her enough strength to live. It took a month or so and I slowly made her food thicker and thicker to now only 4 months later my dog is alive and healthy! She might never eat hard dog food, but she can eat baby food. I?m so glad that I took her home that day and didn?t listen to that awful woman. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about using this veterinarian clinic to go somewhere else.

Been a client for over 10 years, spending around $20k. Clearly this isn't about money & not necessarily about the qualifications of the vets. This is all about Metropolitian's attitude, crappy attitude, organization wide. From the front desk, to the vets & owner, the arrogance & dismissive behavior stinks! Just for your info Randall, sorry goes a long way, but I shutter to think what would happen if your lips ever utter words that are conciliatory. Moved on & very satisfied with Blue Pearl in KY & GA. Read Less

Dr. Applewhite recently did a knee surgery on my 76 lbs lab mix and I can't be more satisfied with the results or the vet.  Normally, Xade hates the vet and tends to have anxiety.  Once Dr. Applewhite walks in, he puts Xade at ease, playing and talking to him for a couple minutes prior to actually starting the exam. I was well informed on the entire process and was kept in the loop during the day of my dog's surgery. I can't speak for the other vets there, but if Xade ends up tearing his second ACL, I will definitely be going back to Dr. Applewhite.  Friendly, knowledgable, and extremely professional. Read Less

We were new to the Louisville area and didn't know where to go when our cat of 16 years was very sick and suffering.  He had been suffering for a while and it was time to put him to rest.  We didn't know where else to turn but Metropolitan Vet was there. We could not have expected better service from the staff.  They were very helpful and very sympathetic to our family crisis.  They were helpful in the grieving process and offered us as much time as we needed with our little one, prior to completion.I know this review may sound kind of weird to some people, considering the topic.  However, for any animal lover and family that has had a pet for most of their adult life, this is a sensitive topic.  At the very least, I wanted to let people know that Metro was their for us while we were going through one of the most tragic times in our family's history.  It will never be forgotten.  Thank you, Metro.

A few evenings ago I woke up to barking outside my window. When I went to investigate, I found a small dog who had a collar but not tags. I decided to take him to the vet and see if he as chipped but my regular veterinarian was closed.Metropolitan Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Services is an after hour veterinary clinic so I decided to give them a try.  The minute I walked in the door the staff made me and this lost dog their priority. They gave us a crate to borrow... :-)I considered this going above and beyond.Luckily, little Jack did eventually find his way back to his family. If I ever have any issues with my own dogs, I won't hesitate to take them to MVS. Read Less

Dr. Graehler and Dr. Cummings are the best! Their bedside manner was awesome, and they really brought relief to me very quickly. We were referred by Ft. Knox Vet Clinic, we drove over an hour, they took right back to a room and Dr. Cummings came in and talked to us. He did a consult with Dr. Graehler, then we met with him and answered ALL of our questions. Within hours he called me to tell me everything went great, then he called our vet at Ft. Knox to catch him up on what had been done. I am so relieved they were able to take care of us so quickly and it was worth every penny. I understand, they want to make money too and can't just hand free care to every injured animal....so I thought their prices were very reasonable. I mean this in the best way, but hopefully we never have to go back, if we do at least I know we'll be taken care of. :-) Read Less

Call around and research before you do an unnecessary operation. Read Less
